We purchased a piece of equipment from JCB Briggs 02.21 that came with a 1 year 2,00 warranty. In 12.21 the machine broke down and we took it them to be repaired. Now, three and half months later it is still not repaired. They do not have a plan to repair it and they have not provided us with a rental. It is causing my business to fail. They ignore our calls and our texts and our emails. We have been making payments on the machine but have not had for three months.Business response

Contact Phone: 813-605-7800 Contact Email: ************@BriggsEquipment.com Briggs Industrial Solutions ("Briggs") is dedicated to its customers and works tirelessly to ensure equipment repairs and manufacturer warranty claims are handled in a timely manner. Briggs diagnosed the problem with the customer's equipment (the "Equipment") as an engine malfunction in a timely manner. Per the warranty policy of the original equipment manufacturer (the "Equipment Manufacturer"), engine warranty repairs need to be completed by the original equipment manufacturer of the engine (the "Engine Manufacturer"). Briggs is currently working with the Equipment Manufacturer and Engine Manufacturer to resolve the issues with the Equipment and is regularly communicating updates on the status of the Equipment to the customer. Briggs does not maintain a rental fleet of equipment of a similar make and model to the Equipment and, therefore, does not have a rental unit available to offer to the customer. Although not standard protocol, Briggs did offer the customer use of a larger unit of equipment; however, the customer refused the equipment because the customer did not have the equipment to regularly tow the larger unit of equipment as required by the customer's business needs. Briggs will continue to update the BBB and the customer on the status of the repairs and resolution of the complaint.
