I have been making double payments since 06/2021. I agreed to pay $175 biweekly but I paid more some how this company kept telling me I'm over due amounts that they could not explain how I'm over due. I paid 400 3/22/22 and the repoed my car april 7 th after telling me to schedule an appointment to bring the car which they repoed before my appointment. I've paid 4 thousand in total just an estimate it can be higher. They made me pay my car notes and extra for their profit the recipes I have in my email did not match up with their system . This is a known problem with this place they are fraudulent using people personal information without knowledge and are getting away with it . They are speaking other languages when I only speak English. They guy Anthony is providing false car fax information and false advertising the mileage on the cars . They used racial slur and called me and my 1yr old monkeys something needs to be done this is not the first complaint and I'm sure it won't be the lastBusiness response

My son purchased a truck ( Dodge Ram 1500) from Pidi Auto Sales with mileage about 140,000. Pidi promised to fix several things wrong with the vehicle per verbal written agreement within the week and was not done. ***** made several visits to car lot as set up with Pedi and no mechanic was available. vehicle was put on Snap On scanner which read ECU of over 600,000 miles when the cluster reads about 150,000 miles. When bought to Pedi attention he stated, "If you never put it on the scanner and worked at Ford you never known". Pidi is unwilling to address this issue. Meeting set up for Friday 2/4/2022 and Pidi not available. Messages left for return calls with no communication. Visit to Pidi Auto Sales on Monday 2/7/2022, staff states Pidi not available and not pleasant. My son would like a refund or no further payments as the vehicle is not worth money owed.Business response
