      I recently had Creative Kitchens and Countertops LLC complete the vanity for my pool bathroom, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The entire process, from the initial consultation to the final installation, was smooth and professional.The team was attentive to my needs, provided excellent design advice, and executed the project flawlessly. The quality of their work is outstanding, and the new vanity has truly transformed the space.I highly recommend Creative Kitchens and Countertops LLC for any home improvement projects. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is second to none.

      Poor and dishonest business practices. From the first day, it was a disaster. They were supposed to drop off boxes and allow me to pack. They just showed up one night and started ripping down cabinets. They threw things in whatever they could find. The boxes arrived the day after and were never used. I had to call several times for them to come back to finish the job or to fix something. I'm very unhappy with the work. Here are a few reasons why: they installed an old garbage disposal but, lied stating it was a new install (confirmed by the manufacturer); the countertop came in two pieces and they glue they used don't stick so, the counter keep separating; they cut a hole in the wall and jammed the counter in with no repairs, water roles downward with every use of the faucet: drawers are hung unevenly; I paid for a glass rack under my cabinets that they kept promising to install but, never did; they just shoved the dishwasher in a space without anchoring it so, it would fall forward when the door is open all the way; they cut pieces out of my baseboards and never repaired them; they broke the wood installing one of the lazy Susan, no repair; they came back to install the plumbing into the countertop and filled up the entire room with dust. The guy pretended to vacuum whenever I entered the room. My son has asthma; the hole was cut wrong so, there's space in it; trash would sit in my garage, I had to beg for them to pick up; when I complained, they're say someone is in route but, that person would show up days later. Once they got the bulk of the money, that's when they didn't care about finishing the job. The last call I made to them, pleading to come and complete the job, Alcides, the GC, said he's going on vacation and will take care of everything upon his return, I never heard from them again. I'm a single mom who worked hard to save money to renovate my kitchen and I regret using this company. Please do not use them, you'll regret it.

      On July 25, I agreed to have this company install kitchen counters and bathroom counters made of 'Graceful Quartz' material. I signed a service agreement on September 10 for installation on or around September 27, 2021 and paid 60% down payment/initial deposit. After not hearing from them for 3 weeks I contacted them and visited the showroom only to be told that due to covid-19 they could not get the product as of yet. Around the 2nd week of October I again reached out /called them and did not receive any reply. I visited the office a week later to ascertain what the hold up was and why not hearing back after my repeated phone calls. I was told they believed the shipment of material was coming in the next couple of days and they would call me. No return calls came so I called again and went back to the showroom to speak with them to no avail.
      Apparently, I was contacted by text to ask if the last week in October would be a good date for delivery but never read the text.

      On Monday the 1st of November, i visited the showroom once again and spoke with both the manager and the agent who came to measure for the counters back in September 10th for an up date and was informed that the material was in Orlando and would be delivered this first week of November. I was about to ask for my deposit back yet they convinced me it would be here so I said I wanted to see the product before they cut it. Well, it never showed up that initial week of November..

      So back I was there on Monday the 8th to again talk and say I wanted to dissolve the agreement but they said it was coming in on the 9th, next day. So I came back Tuesday morning, the 9th to verify the material, confirmed it was correct and asked how long to cut out the counters. They said they would cut it Tuesday & Wednesday and deliver Thursday afternoon and probably finish Friday. When I asked if it could be done in one full day rather than 2 partial days they said yes. Shortly after I left on Tuesday I contacted Ana to say lets just have them come out Friday morning and complete the work all one day Friday 12 November - today.

      It is now 2 PM and they are a no show. We've been ready since 8 am for them and I finally called at 10:30 and was told the cutting was finished but the installers hadn't picked up the pieces yet. I spoke with them around 12:30 and got into a heated discussion when they said counters would be picked up probably by 2PM or so. That now meant the project would not be finished today but have to take a 2nd day or more. Then they said it could never be done in 1 whole day anyway. I told them they could not be working this weekend as we had commitments out of the home all weekend.

      So now if they show up at all, I'll have to deal with them at that point.

      At this point I regret ever walking into their showroom. I never had a good feeling based on the messy showroom and lack of professionalism but I figured Covid-19 may have been the cause of some of that but the lack of sincere care that I felt only grew as each week went by trying to resolve this issue and get my work completed. This has become a nightmare at it's worst.

      I will NOT recommend this business to anyone. We looked at another business prior on the same road SR-60 but they did not have the color that we wanted. Please save yourself some stress - I do not advise working with them. I agree with the initial review about this company being deceptive, incompetent and also sloppy with little to no regards for customer service.

      The worst part is they were to be the first of 4 different contractors/ projects we had scheduled for our home prior to the holidays and now two others have come and finished and now the 4th is scheduled for mid week next. And we are still waiting on them. I just called again, no answer.

      We ordered countertops months ago twice the gave dates and times for the install, they did not show, didn't call, didn't respond to numerous phone calls and texts. They say leave a message and they will call back but never called back. After three weeks we were able to pin them down to find out they never had the quartz they sold us. We pick different quartz they had in stock but still could not get a schedule. Finally, they said Friday between 800-1200 again we took off from work and they did not show up, again called the office and no one answers. They have the worst customer service of any company we ever dealt with, they are either incompetent or deceptive or both. They refused to say who the owner or corporate office they were under.
