              I would like to file a complaint against this company for the illegal theft of $750. I hired NHDS in 2020. They closed one account in March of 2023. Since that account has been closed, I have made $750 in payments on my second account. When that creditor sued me, NHDS ignored my pleas for help. They also yelled at me until I started crying when I called them, scared, asking for help. When the court case didn't go well, I had to let NHDS go. I followed proper procedure and submitted a letter to let them know and to have them return the $750 I paid them for this second account. They refused. They said my account was empty, even though I had just spoken to a representative named ****, and she said the money was in my account. Not only did they refuse to give my money back, which their own contact states that they have to upon termination, but they also refused to give any sort of breakdown showing what they did with my money. I'm guessing it went into their pockets.

              I received a call to consolidate my 2 loans and agreed to the monthly dollar amount. I was then advised to open an account with *************** so the monthly payment would go from my personal account to the Global account. The Global account is where my monthly payments will be paid from to the (2) loan companies.Well I've been monitoring my Credit Karma and no payments were made towards my account but $452 was missing of the $708.28 (2) months of payments made to the Global account.When I talked with the person at NHDR he claimed that I agreed to protection from the collectors. Which is not true. NHDR informed me to send them any correspondence and document calls and let them know about it, that they would take care of it. Only to find out they're robbing me blind of my money. I shut down all accounts and will do bankruptcy instead. They agreed to refund me a balance in the Global account of $256.28
