I went to Rim Tyme and they ordered, brake calibers for my car, when they recieved the calibers, they did not fit my car. Carlos told me he would need to call corporate to see what they wanted to do. He nevered called me, kept giving me the run around, two months later, I still haven't recieved my refund. I really don't understand why they refused to refund me, if they weren't able to provide me with the calibers they ordered for me.

I purchased some wheels for $625 each after I was approved for $2500 financing. it was ironic that the amount came up to exactly $2500. when I looked up the product, they were only $350 each I thought **** was a good guy but I didnt feel like I got a good deal after I looked up the product, I felt like I was robbed. He told me my payment will be right under a $100 for rims and tires before the financing, then it made sense why he took advantage of the situation (money) when he seen that I was approved for $2500 #Greed I didnt even want to give a star even though I like the rims.

This business is calling my relatives and asking for reference for my address. They would not reveal what company just wanted to ask for an address. As any concerned relative would do, My sister asked who they were and the gentleman pretended to be possibly from a job and asked my sister; do you not want your brother to have a good reference. He never told her what company he was from. This is very dangerous and not a way to try to get someone to pay a debt. you have alot of people that prey on elderly and the disabled and can cause harm. My mother is disabled and the same company and maybe the same guy called and told my mom they will file a warrant against me and took money from my disabled mother $200.00 to be exact.

This is the worst business ever. I bought rims from them for my son's birthday. Every time I made a payment they added an additional $200 of interest. They stated we never told them to add our payment to the cost of the rims. They were putting over to the side and pulling the payment on the due date. WHAT!!! Also I was told my balance was 1500. I paid $900. Two weeks later They said I owed not $600 but $714. These folks are loan sharks. Do not ever go to them. Also their online payment does not work so if your due date falls on the weekend you just have to pay a late fee because they are not open on the weekend. I will not even give them 1 star. Unfortunately this site is making me give them a star rating. Worst experience ever.

I bought rims and tires from RimTyme. The salesman helping me was very friendly, but not very knowledgeable, as he couldn't find any rims that would fit my car because of the bolt pattern. I picked out two different sets of rims on my own that I liked, but did not fit; so he ended up loading up the flatbed cart with about five different sets of rims that he said he would try and see if any of them fit. One pair fit; I never got to see them, he just put them on and told me my car was ready. When I went out to look at the rims, I hated them! I told them immediately that I did not like them. They told me to go online, find some I like, and call back to have them ordered and they would swap them out since they didn't have any in store that would fit. I found five different styles that I did like, but when I called to order they had none in stock for order, and told me to try back in a week. I called back the following week, and they still didn't have anything in stock in store or online.. The next following weeks I called every week, and they never had rims that would fit my bolt pattern. After about 3 weeks they offered to put my factory rims back on, but they never gave them back to me; they kept them and said they couldn't find them. So they told me to keep calling back weekly, which went on for months; and I was paying $80 a week for rims that I hated. They even called a RimTyme in a neighboring county, about 45 minutes away.. that RimTyme said they had rims that would fit. So I go out there, and they only have two pair (matte black & gold). I didn't like either. After 3 months I ordered rims from RNR, but kept RimTyme's tires (still trying to do business with them because I understand it's not their fault none of their vendors had rims in stock for my vehicle). When I went to return the rims to RimTyme, they said I still had to pay $800 for the tires which I feel like was a rip off.
