We had a sofa and love seat delivered today, and I'd say it's one of the best deliveries I've ever had. Polite, considerate of our home and new furniture from ******* Set it up quickly, and perfectly, making sure they got it in the right spot for me, and asked me to check it over before signing the receipt. Two hard working, pleasant guys. Wish I'd asked their names.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Worst customer service for a delivery company I had an incomplete delivery they scheduled a delivery the following week and told they forgot to put it on the truck!! And would not deliver it !!! Im still waiting!! This is an home depot delivery I called 20 times finally found the package and they still have not delivered itReview from Karine C

If I could leave a ZERO I would. NEVER use this company. No care of packages. Litterly opened back door of moving truck and pushed packages out of the door onto the ground. Heard the first three hit ground from inside my house. Four large boxes fir a swing set!! All boxes were left at roads edge in grass! And when called customer service the "office manager" she asked for a video for proof of what they did. Yeah I was nit sitting outside waiting on the to get there so no there isn't a video. Customer service reflects the delivery service as well.Review from Richard N.

Company called me twice with no message left. I returned the call twice and someone simply said 'please hold' and disconnected the call. Not even sure as to what they are trying to deliver to me, but I feel like I don't want it now. People are rude and should get into a different line of work.G & G Delivery Services, Inc. Response

We are sorry for the trouble with the phones. My systems shows we only called once on 04/26 @ 12.24 pm.
Customer called back on 04/26 @ 154 pm and was scheduled for his delivery for 04/29.

Now the driver says he will not deliver to me today as he can not find my address. My address is **************** Kissimmee FL. He keeps putting in his GPS ****************** which is in a totally different city about one hour from where I live. My address is on google maps so not sure why he cannot
find it.
Understand the driver only speaks Spanish so thank god my wife who speaks spanish could speak to him several times over the last two hours.
Now I am worried about what happens to my $2000 dollars worth of sofas. And if I will ever get my items delivered to me.
I attempted to call G and G delivery who was hired for this delivery. Their offices are closed and all their voice mails are full.
How will you get me furniture now and quickly.Review from Lã©on H

Waiting for a product to be delivered ordered at Home Depot at March 16th, 2022. Delivery date went from March 17th, to March 22nd, to March 31st and after a phone call to Home Depot, we found out that because of the abundance of packages FedEx or in this case G&G could not deliver the product, no availability/or cars or people to do the job. We were told the product would be delivered at our house at April 5th and again a text message gave us the info that it was delayed again to April 6th, 2022. We called G&G and the lady said, well this is your delivery date and there is nothing we can do about it. We told her that we hired people to help us install this product, she said;"you should've waited with that until you have the product"!? That is of course a stupid remark because finding people to work with/for you is hard and they are not easy to find. We think the G&G is not a good company to work with and their customer service is really bad! This is not the way to treat people who ask for help and cooperation.. We will also complain at Home Depot about this!G & G Delivery Services, Inc. Response

We do apologize for your experience. We have struggled with getting the freight inbound as well driver teams due to the rising cost of fuel. With that said, you should have never been spoken to in the manor in which you mentioned in your complaint. I will go back to the recorded call and review the conversation. This is a terrible company to do business with. They are UNRELIABLE, RUDE, and totally incompetent. They did not call 30 Mins ahead of time as promised, They delivered a totally beaten up damaged package, and dropped OUTSIDE, in front of the house. The delivery instructions on my confirmation , on the order, and verbal instructions over the phone were to deliver these to the driveway, under some covering. They did not do this. I hope that Home Depot stops contracting / subcontracting their services bc they cannot handle the work load. Never do business with this company, although I imagine they won't be around long.Review from Sharon G

We had a king mattress delivered today. Sorry I didn't get the names of the two, but they were polite, friendly, efficient and within stated time. We had read some bad reviews but there was nothing bad. G & G delivery-thank youG & G Delivery Services, Inc. Response

I have to say that I received excellent customer service from G and G services. They delivered my bed on time and Louis and Frank who looked like two strong teenagers gave exceptional service. After reading the negative reviews, I was concerned. But Louis and Frank saved the day. They were professional, courteous, and knew what they were doing. They checked over their work and cleaned up before leaving. I was very impressed and satisfied. Thank you G and G services.
