******* didn't arrive and their excuse was that "no drivers were available". That means people go without their paychecks because of their issues. Totally unacceptable.Review from Shenny G

Not sure how this company continues to stay in business with all the negative feedback online. They marked my package as delivered with the retailer when it was not. I'm home all day and didn't receive it. Then they said it was on a truck to be delivered that same day. Again, nothing. After three calls the next day they say the same thing again. No supervisor will call you back either. Just lost $125 because of them!!

The REPLACEMENT package from the retailer was delivered on the 4th. The original package is still lost and unaccounted for as of today. Check my numerous emails with BOTH tracking numbers referenced.Sonic Courier Inc Response

You're incorrect, check your records. The replacement package was received after calling the retailer and requesting a replacement. Original package is still missing and has not been delivered to me. I've been home bound since the beginning of Jan and haven't left my house since then.Review from Cris D

I placed an order with iherb on 12/16/2021. One item from the order was shipped with Sonic. I received a delivery notification for 12/17/2021, but there was nothing outside my door. I could not see any photo of the delivery when I tracked it. Iherb refunded me for the "lost" item so it seems they believe me. Before this I had never heard of Sonic and I do want to know where/if/when that item was delivered. Deliveries are sometimes late, sometimes early. This is actually the first time I have not received a delivery that a carrier said they delivered. A close up photo with date stamp would be nice.Review from Mairi S

My package said "delivered" 2 weeks ago. I called and spoke with someone at Sonic every business day for 7 days (they told me they would call me back each day - never a response) They lied to me about taking my identification (the delivery was beer) They just dropped my package off at some random house and refuse to help try to track it down. Ive given up. I have accepted I'll never get a response from them or receive my package. Highly don't recommend this company. They have no idea what's going on - which is shocking because it seems like a very small business. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different delivery service.
