I went into Clear Choice Dental Implant Services for a Free Consultation, I needed two implants and a tooth extraction. I was in severe pain. I did receive the free the consultation at the end of the consultation I was told the amount of procedure which would total $12000.00 the consultant requested $1000 payment on this day and the balance was sent through a credit card company ************** On this date, I was never told this $1000.00 was NON refundable.I then returned for my exam on October 24, 2022, I did sign a treatment plan that say if the procedure was canceled my money was NON refundable, but I NEVER canceled the procedure Clear Choice cancelled my procedure 3x times per the Dentist, stating different medical issues that the Dentist was concerned about. The dentist questioned my blood work and wanted my primary physician to sign off on the dental procedure. So I scheduled an appointment with my primary care doctor and received approval to proceed with the dental work. I received another call on November 1st by the nurse at Clear Choice stating that they were postponing my procedure again because of blood work and requested that I see my primary doctor again because the Dentist stated that I had hepatitis. I have never had hepatitis and this misdiagnosis brought me to return again to my primary care doctor who in fact told me I did NOT have hepatitis . My primary care doctor wrote another letter and sent it t the Dentist. Clear Choice has repeatedly canceled my appointments and are NOW unwilling to provide me with a full refund of my money
