I paid 2884 using care credit, credit card method of payment. The sure smile teeth alignment treatment was not completed after multiple attempts to correct the issue. I requested a full refund of 2884 back to my care credit card mode of payment. I had to file. dispute with the credit card since I was not getting a response from the practice regarding this refund. The practice eventually refunded the money back to my card and then sent a surprise bill to my house for payment of a lab fee that they don't want to be responsible for since the lab isn't in house. The last excuse out of a few excuses the dentist used, is that my future treatment that has not even been considered yet is affecting my current treatment? how in the world does this make any sense? He should know exactly what he is doing and not provide the service if he isn't sure. I should not be responsible for treatment that is incomplete and unsatisfactory to any persons standards. I do not owe the amount being billed and I would like the practice.
