My daughter and son-in-law gave me a gift card to The Cake Drip in June of 2023 for my birthday. I have been trying to make a reservation since last October (2023) to use the gift card but the online system was not working, no one returns messages through ******** (the access point), and no one returns my repeated voicemail messages. (I had made a reservation for July which they cancelled.) I would like the money refunded if they are no longer in business.Initial Complaint

I purchased a gift card for $100 and they closed and will not return any calls or emailsBusiness response

The customer filed a chargeback complaint with their credit card company. They were granted the charge back as we did not dispute the charges. We were closed at the time the guest purchased the gift card, there were also messages on our website that said that we were closed.
