Great people respond to the tickets, even stupid questions. It's been reassuring to know that I'll get help when I'm stuck.

I have been using Col Desi for over three years now. In each encounter I have received the best customer service I have seen in decades. My sales representative answered any and all questions before my first purchase, provided me with samples and brochures to allow me to choose which equipment met my needs and my pocketbook! My contacts after sale were just as helpful in answering questions and directing me to who could best meet my needs and never made me feel as if my questions were irrelevant. Anytime I had to change a toner, drum, or waste box and had a question, they would gladly answer or if I emailed them they would quickly respond and send me links to the correct link on their fabulous training videos. Any time I had a ticket made on an issue I received an immediate email keeping me informed on when they would reply (and they did quickly). Recently my DFX printer had major issues due to a power surge and *********************** spent days and weeks assisting me in finding technicians and parts to fix my machine. I know she spent many hours finding the best vendors for me to use. Once it was operational again, I then had software issues and ***** to the rescue again! I highly recommend ColDesi to all my contacts that use similar products. I could give many examples of their great customer service (even on line ordering) but Im running out of room. Many businesses could learn from them the lost art of TRUE customer service.*******************************

We bought a new embroidery machine from ColDesi for our business. We have not had any real issues with the machine but the couple of user error issues we have had, have been promptly addressed by the technical support team. Just this weekend I had to email tech support and did not expect a reply until Monday. To my surprise, they responded on a Sunday and fixed the issue in one email. Great company to work with and we will be buying additional machines from them!

The beginning was a bit challenging after purchasing my DTF printer, but once I started learning the machine, it got better. I did have to replace the print head, but it was done since it was still under warranty. Still not a perfect thing if you don't constantly run it. You will learn about cleanings, ink loads, etc if it sits unused. That's the worst thing you can do.Coldesi now has more techs and their response to tickets are much quicker. It's really a learning process, but when you get used to using it regularly, things do get better.

Coldesi and Our customer success manager, Lisa have been very awesome to work with, they answer all questions right away or they get back to you as soon as they can. this is our second machine we have bought from them our dedicated sales rep. Amir also has been phenomenal to work with. They are honest and also listen to what your needs are and make recommendations. We Will continue to purchase our machines because of the awesome customer service we always get. If there’s ever an issue, they make sure to help and resolve or always make it right.
