I was scammed for event parking by this company. Parking was offered as an add-on during the checkout process and advertised as a savings. Was charged $54 for parking that I later realized is a mile walk from the venue and if I were to have purchased directly at the parking garage, only costs $12. There are numerous parking garages much closer and given the cost they charged, I assumed it was one of the many adjacent to the venue. I called and requested a refund. I was told by a manager who would only identify himself as **** that all sales are final, and it is my fault that I was scammed because I should have known better and looked up where the garage was and the actual cost before purchasing it from them. He went on to say that I should not have trusted its a deal and I wouldnt get scammed. I asked how I was supposed to know that this company who my employer contracts with to get deals on services and tickets, scams its customers on inflated parking costs a mile from venues, and he repeatedly told me this is my fault for falling for it and not doing my due diligence.
