KForce/Transcore Contract for 1/10/2022 - 7/3/2022 After four days of contract of qualified service, I was no longer needed. The fourth day, I was requested to conduct manipulation of formulas. This was not what a management request, or in the best interest of company/compliance. I was committed to contract that was to stay on top of approvals. I was prepped for meeting that was to take place on Friday. Later Thursday afternoon, I received call that I had a great personality, and was no longer needed. The next week, I was reached out to by KForce multiple times on my continued service. I informed I was no longer there. Parties involved changed their mind on training, stayed in role themselves, received their contract commissions, and tried to alleviate my best interest within contract quietly through prank. I did not receive an equal resolution with myself keeping my word and in good intent. Previous letter to parties for resolution and service resume attached.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/02/22) */ Kforce strives to match the best candidate with the best opportunities from our clients and customers. Kforce is sorry that Ms. ******* was not the best match for the opportunity with the client. However, Ms. ******* remains an active candidate in Kforce's database, and if her skill set matches to another position, Kforce would be pleased to work with her again. Consumer Response /* (3000, 9, 2022/02/26) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) To KForce: As you strive to place employees where they are best fit, it is suggested that the following questions should be asked for new employees regarding equal opportunity. If it is a restricted building- Example: Did you have your badge photo taken, did you receive your laptop with login information, do you have your email and all access has been generated for you to perform your responsibilities. I was never asked, but please note: My answer is no to all the above. I never got my badge photo taken. My trainer picked up my laptop and never distributed it to me with login information. However, I was sitting right beside her. My contact information has been updated for a while. Please remove me from your active database. The information is no longer valid. I will continue to explore opportunities in my best interest. Please note that small negative acts can be detrimental to the person even after you move on. I am not requesting a sugar coat, but a resolution. May this be a learning experience, and I wish future employees will not endure the same. Any future contact will be represented if needed. Thanks for responding. SincerelyInitial Complaint

I worked with Kforce with two recruitment gigs. I worked with T.J. L. and Taylor M. In the first instance, T.J. L. got me a job at Seminole Gaming and the description of the job was not what Seminole Gaming gave to me as a job. And the Kforce cost me my job with Seminole Gaming. Taylor M. is my second experience with Kforce, Taylor M. lied about the company's role and I didn't receive the job due to Taylor's misunderstanding of the position. I am writing this because they were not my employer but their services are very poor and I had very bad experiences with them. They need to make this right by fulfilling the resolutions listed bellow. I want a refund my time wasted, contact by the business to apologize and finish the job in which they started and they failed to do multiple times.
