I am being billed by getmefit365 for an order I did not place. I see from this website that this is a continuing fraudulent activity by this company who somehow obtains credit card numbers and bills unsuspecting card holders; I want this stopped immediately. I have filed a dispute through my bank and spoke with someone claiming to be named Jane several time. Jane has no last name and claims she cant find any account attached to my name and zip code. She asked for the first 6 of my credit card and last 4 and still claimed she could find no charge. Hello hello I probably got in touch with him he will say let me call you right I purchased a pair of shoes for a source with my FIT credit card like August 26th okay and basically I never received the item I have contacted the company Asos several times they don't have a phone number you can speak to someone I emailed them several times no response and then have a tracking number when I contacted FedEx FedEx said that I had to call and check them so I contact Citi MasterCard basically they don't want to fix the issue so at this point in time they have our department but they won't let you speak to nobody act like they were supposed to help me keep contact the company they will not respond so therefore they basically okay with a business that they pay money to when I old fit no more money basically keeping my friends and never sending the merchandise
