I told the receptionist that I had to cancel my membership because the nearest Crunch Fitness location is 30 minutes drive from my house. She said that I need to pay for extra one month membership fee to close the account. I told her I cannot pay for the service I will not use. She didn't close my account and continue to bill me monthly charge. I went to this location 2 months later to ask to close the account. She gave me manager's email. This manager didn't not reply my email for a month and asked me to pay for 4 months of membership fees that I didn't use. I replied that I cannot pay for the service I didn't use. This manager never replied my email. I received email from the corporate office that they will put the accumulating balance to collection.Review from Robert D

I have been a member of French fitness for years on and off. I have never tried their personal training experience until this past year, and oh my God. Initially it was great, and it went off without a hitch. But within the last few months I received a new job after being unemployed for a while. This job takes up most of my time and unfortunately it's time that I do have when I scheduled sessions with my trainer, for the last few months they fell through. Personal training gave her a promotion and she was unavailable more than I anticipated, on top of many, many other clients she had. I have over $2000 in personal training charges after initially having changed my contract. I am refused a refund for unused sessions with this trainer who not only did not provide, but also did not communicate well. Four days my text were not answered, she would forget about me being scheduled, and we're pushed back our workout to the point where we completely missed them. Overall I am genuinely dissatisfied with their personal training department, and would like a refund.
