OTF has made it extremely difficult to cancel my membership. Despite my verbal inclination to cancel they tell me I need to drive out to the location I began in 45 minutes away so I can sign cancellation paperwork. However, they also mention I need to update my card information because they "need" to charge me for 30 days in order to cancel my membership officially. Might I add that this membership is a whopping 175$ for something I have not used in nearly half a year. The only thing preventing them from having their way with me is my bank has a stop on them swiping my card. I cannot believe how difficult they have made this to get out. Is another 175$ charge really worth creating a person who will spread information about how negative this experience has been for me? I just want to cancel services on something I don't like, use, or can afford for that matter. You can't tell me that in todays day and age you can't send me an email with a cancellation form to digitally sign.

Orange theory, Bedford, Nh Absolutely poor management that led me to fear for my safety. They always have untrained front desk members they made a mistake double assigning workout spaces that created confusion. There was this woman that wanted to workout in two stations, hers and mine. I got the coach’s attention to tell her she was taking my spot and the woman responded “no this is my spot and I am not moving, because I like these weights, I own this and that’s what I signed up for it”. At that point she was aggressive to me and the coach and coach said “okay!!! Don’t move then!” Leaving me with her and she continued harassing me throughout the class. Coach noticed she was still harassing me and with her poor management skills, she just asked her and me to leave, instead of correcting her mistake. Once I was in the lobby the woman kept coming towards me, I am in danger and they don’t even do anything, in that case they are just enjoying the show that they created from making the mistake of double booking stations and not correcting her that she was taking another station. I have been there for 3 years now at that location and I am never coming back. I paid for the whole month, which is lost, I lost my whole class. Incredible that all started as a good day and I ended feeling hurt, confused by the lack of management and support and afraid for my safety and not even a single apology. A complete rip off. They don’t care about you.
