I paid Caio $6600 for 2 bathrooms. The transactions were paid 1000$ at the time per his request starting on February 6th and last transaction on February 17th. We interviewed many providers since we were looking for a good quality of job for our 100% waterproof showers. **** was pretty expensive but we valued his approach and that he is a friend of our realtor. **** started pretty good on the 1st shower but everything went downhill with the 2nd. He brought his friend who is not legal to work in the ** and has no experience. Hes been working nights after his school while we were not at the house and he was coming on his own. The shower quality was very bad and I personally had to redo his job because **** became rude and refused to come fix anything or return the money. The shower pan wasnt grouted or sloped properly. The water didnt flow to the drain. Our expensive drain system was grouted over so we cant remove it for cleaning without destroying it. The walls, niches and curbs didnt have any grout. The very expensive tiles were cut with a cheap blade so most of them were chipped. The niche was not level and leaned to the side. The openings for the water lines are so big and not centered that we cant cover them with anything available on the market. The floor tile is put so far from the walls that we cant cover it with any of the baseboards. we had nails going through the wall to the living room after installation of the niche. they told us to fix the wall on our own. The waterproof Go Boards we bought (very expensive) werent installed properly (not insulating with the paste we bought in between them). so the walls are not waterproofed as we requested. And many more complaints. We request a refund for the 2nd bathroom of 50% . we request 80% of the niche he charged us extra. we request 50% of the cost of the very expensive drain I paid for and it was destroyed by ***** (his friend). Total of $1800. We will ask for $2000 more ($3800) if we go to the court.
