October 4,2022 I Hired a company "Floor coverings international"4420E *********************************************** for my rental mobile home ( subfloor repair) Names:************************* - vice ********************* #************ /************ ****************-design associate. ph #*********** ( he was fired after this incident ) *******************- project coordinator. ph #************ On October 19, 2022 10;30 am the installers showed up with the wrong size of the plywood then cut the floor vinyl around damage area and discovered that the product that they have its not gonna work. After several discussions all day between all the associates they have to hire another guy to do second this time proper inspection inside the house his name is *************** ( windows by Dunnhurst LLC)************ cell *** called next day and informed that this floor needs another project which is gonna be more expensive because the engineering and permits will be involved etc, From this point I want to cancel the whole deal, ***** offered meeting with *** at the office with me to discuss the new contract. I have to refused the offer because this is not what I was promised from the beginning.I do NOT need another contract .Had another day without proper resolution and frustraron I had to cancel my flight ticket for business trip, very unhappy tenants inside the house with cutting unsafe floor, and very emotional distress . The company refuses full refund. They want to charge 25% for the restocking and shipping. I strongly believe that the quote and house floor inspections on the first day was not properly performed by this company, they should send full refund with out any additional charges even if I signed the proposal . **** admitted and blamed on a new guy **************** he's fired him after this incident. ***** not specialized on subfloors.I have 5 witnesses who was there during the whole process. I paid half price with my credit card $ ******** up front and i want this money back.Customer response

*****- my names is *****************************, I want to inform you that the business called me directly yesterday on November 2, 2022 and told me that they going to refund the full amount and asking closed the complaint with BBB. I haven't received the money yet it's probably will takes 5-7 business days to process.
