      I called few times to Waste Connection last month and this month, I was holding on a line for half an hour and no one answer. I sent a lot of emails and no one answer. I really don't recommend this company, they are very expensive, they calculate me 167 dol per quarter. Its awful.

      We certainly would like to render trash service, our initial costs have onetime fees, Residents in Pasco Couty have a choice on who they want, we are an open market so if we do not meet the cost needs you are looking for my apologies, you can shop around. We are a capped rate for the service.

      I have been having issues with this company since day one. They drive by my house and pick up everyone else's garbage and have left mine. I call and deal with rude customer service reps and site managers. To then be contacted by one manger and given a credit. I don't want a credit I want my garbage picked up. Now they leave garbage behind on purpose I have it on camera and so does Waste Connection on their GPS camera. Manager calls me and says it won't happen again. Well is still happening and now they are retaliating because now my trash cans get thrown or left in the middle of the road or they just won't pick up! How does this happen after numerous complaints and conversations with managers!

I pulled the gps video and the cans fell over after the automated arm released the cans, not an excuse as the driver should have got out and placed them upright and I will address that. I will monitor account with Supervisors and driver to ensure you are being serviced as scheduled and have no issues.       My house is in Canterbury Chase HOA and always has been. Canterbury Chase has a discounted rate with Waste Connections. I also joined USEM, a voluntary organization that had a discounted rate. Waste Connections switched me from Canterbury Chase to USEM, and when I stopped belonging to USEM, Waste Connections did not continue to recognize that I was in Canterbury Chase. I paid the annual rate in March 2022 and they didn't say anything about USEM or Canterbury Chase, then sent me a bill for $87.63. When I called to inquire in early April 2022, they advised about thinking I was not in the HOA and that I would have to ask the HOA to contact them. I did and the HOA sent notice to them that I was in the HOA. I called in May 2022 to see if it was straightened out and was told it was not, so the HOA called again and was told by Waste Connections that they would backdate me to 5/1/22. When I called Waste Connections today, they advised they won't consider me in the HOA until 6/1/22, even though I have never stopped being in the HOA and the HOA told them I was in the HOA in April. They refuse to escalate my call, refuse to give me any contact info for the supervisor and only tell me to speak to the HOA, which I have done. Their failure to address this when the HOA contacted them in April, and again in May, means they are overcharging me, and refusing to let me speak to a supervisor or give me any recourse.

      I began my service with Waste Connections on 12/16/2021. Every single week since my service began, I have had to call to complain that either my trash, recycling, or both were not picked up. My house has consistently been skipped, while neighbors are being picked up. I have called the company to complain at least a dozen times. Each time I am told the same thing by a customer care rep, that they will have my trash and/or recycling picked up in a special pick up and that they have escalated the issue as a "Handle With Care" to their supervisors. I have asked to speak to a supervisor three times and I am sent to a supervisors voicemail each time. I leave a voicemail, I have sent messages through their customer app, and I have not once received a response or follow up call for management or anyone else. They are the only waste management company that services my neighborhood, otherwise I would have cancelled my services with them. I need this issue to be resolved, my trash and recycling needs to be picked up consistently, that is what we are paying for.

I will get the crew today and give them the address to make sure we do not miss again. I also gave her my phone number to reach out if any issues.       OVER THE LAST 5 YEARS ... WASTE CONNECTION HAS NOT BEEN PICKING UP MY GARBAGE ON MY SCHEDULED DAY, QUITE FREQUENTLY .. ... ( i HAVE EMAILED THE MAIN GUY WHOSE NAME STARTS WITH A "F" ... .. LAST YEAR , BESIDE BEING PICKED UP TWICE IN THE LAST CYCLE ( WHICH IS STILL HAPPENING ) .. ALL YEAR LONG ONLY 4 PICKUPS WERE DONE ALL YEAR ... i CONSTANTLY HAVE TO CALL THEM , BUT ... GAVE UP ON THAT SINCE HOLD TIME HAS BEEN APPROX. 40 MINUTES , SO INSTEAD HAVE BEEN USING THE 'CONTACT US' OPTION FOR MISSED DELIVERY , BUT AM SO FRUSTRATED THAT I DON'T DO THAT ALL THE TIME ... ... .. ... SUPPOSED TO BE TWICE WEEKLY ... IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS , ONLY TWICE HAVE THEY PICKED UP ON THEIR SCHEDULED DAY AFTER PLEADING TO THEM . I HAVE SENT EMAILS TO THE HEADQUARTERS, BUT , STILL A FAIL . I CONTINUOSLY AM NOT PICKED UP AND HAVE SENT THEM OVER 100 MESSAGES. I AM NOT BEHIND IN MY BILL, I PAY, THEY JUST DO NOT COME OUT ....
