Our property fence was damaged by DYAD Construction. Felix L**** owner of DYAD Construction told me on June 30 at approximately 11:45am, that the fence would be repaired and look exactly as it was prior to you damaging it. The fence was damaged on June 30th by DYAD Construction who was flattening the property with equipment that plowed into our new fence. Promise was made to remedy the fence on Sunday, July 3 in which did not occur. After several texts and phone calls to you, the fence was attempted to be repaired on Wednesday July 6th, in which we can only assume was a temporary repair due to the lack of workmanship and shoddy job that was done. As previously stated we are going to have our original installer come and make the necessary repairs and remit the charges to you, who had promised to make the fence repair look exactly like it had looked prior to you damaging it. I have before pictures of fence prior to damage and after pictures/video of actual damage. I personally witnessed the damage and had a personal conversation with Felix L**** who promised to repair fence back to its original condition. This did not happen. When estimate was presented to DYAD Construction for review via email there was no response. We called and spoke to Felix L**** on Sunday, July 17th at approximately 6:00pm, in which he stated he would not pay to have the fence fixed properly, in fact he stated the unsightly screws that are sticking out of the post were there prior, I have picture evidence and video evidence that this is not the case. As aforementioned the attempted repair consist of shoddy workmanship. We are requesting that our fence be brought whole, back to its original condition.
