i paid for items (photo paper luster paper epson) that showed up as " in stock in website www.dtgweb.com, i used my debit card to pay as i do in other websites i buy frequently. payment went thru, got confirmation email of my order, money deducted from my bank etc. payment went thru succesfully. order Number SO-****** on April 14-2024 item bought (2) two rolls of epson premium luster paper Item code S450423 $ 129. each total 258 tax charged ***** the next day one employee (dere cacura) contacted me shippment would not take place since paper was not available. i requested a refund for which mr ***** was kind to reply to me stating the money would refunded to me. which is what hasnt really happened. This lack of action has been even with constant communication for which i have been sent formal email stating my debit card had not been charged., for which i have in my records showing totally the opposite, i was charged and money was deducted. see bank statement report attached.i see no good practice in performing business this way and i feel defrauded, fraud is being applied to me for no apparent reason, i seek help since i am a national of ******** and this paper is going abroad to my country ********. the address of ***** is that of DPS logistics my freight forwarding company with which i perform business in a monthly and weekly basis.Mr ***** suggested me to contact my bank to clear up the confussion and offered a letter stating they did not charge me for which i agreed upon and asked for such letter which has not been produced to me either, let this reflect i have made multiple attempts to come to an amicable resolution but i am just being ignored in emails. i seek out help of the better business bureau.
