Hello,My name is *****, and I currently reside in ******, *********** am reaching out to you regarding a concerning situation I am facing with an business transaction.I am actively engaged in Amazon account management services for an agency (****** ********), responsible for sourcing and reselling products on their Amazon store. Recently, I identified promising products from the brand "Riot balls" and decided to procure their stock for resale. The initial interaction and purchase were conducted with a person named *****, whom I have successfully collaborated with in the past and he is the owner of this brand.However, the current experience has been challenging. Despite an initial processing of stock for three out of six products and now (Jan ****) for one product, the remaining two products worth $5350 have not been fulfilled. We paid them a total amount of $15912.5 on 15-sep-2023. ***** has consistently made commitments to process the stock, but unfortunately, these commitments have not been honored. He told me about the cheque a month ago too and he knows very well that I am living in ******** and I am unable to give him any address so that he can send me a cheque. He is just covering the situation from this point and now he is making his fake policies that he cant send the refund via wire transfer or can send amount in US bank. He is just covering the situation. I asked him to refund me the amount online and he can do it if he wants. I sent him an email to ask about the payment method, I gave him many options like he could initiate the refund via transfer wise, payoneer, money gran, ************** or in a physical bank in ******* but he didn't respond to me on it at all. I want to bring it to your knowledge that after all this situation with me, I researched this business (Riot Balls) and I see that this person (*****) is not new to scamming, he is a regular scammer. I just saw the reviews of people about their business.
