    I am requesting a refund from Silkout System in the amount of $85.20 as well as the $15 for shipping to return the dryer back to their facility. I bought a blowout hair brush dryer on 12.30.2020 after 3 months of use, the dryer stopped working, I informed Silkout of the dryer not working and they told me to send it back to them and they would send a replacement. Unfortunately, due to Covid, I wasn't able to physically send it back to them in the time frame they requested it. After some time later, I sent it back to them. After the dryer have reached their facility, they are now claiming that they cannot send me a replacement because the dryer works. I am utterly confused as to how the dryer works all of sudden after reaching their facility when it hasn't work for me for several months. At this moment, Silkout has the $85.20 that I initially paid for the dryer, the $15 for shipping to send it back to them AND the dryer. I also wanted to point out the fact that this company is highly unprofessional and unethical. They have flat out called me a liar and that I was making false claims on the dryer. It is such a shame that it had to come down to this, considering that I was one of their main advocate raving and persuading people on Facebook to purchase the dryer, in the little time that It did work. I was okay with getting a replacement but based on their response, I just want a refund. Attached are the receipt for the dryer and the thread of emails showing how unprofessional Silkout is. Unfortunately, it looks I cannot upload videos on BBB but I have video proof that the dryer doesn't work. Thank you.
