    I am a natural blonde, nearly platinum naturally. In the summer I like to go white, which has been easy for most salons to achieve given my hair is already super blonde. I booked a bleach and tone, and requested white. I asked for white hair, please no yellow undertones. If anything it can lean silver or purple. The first try I left with an uneven bleach, and yellow blonde hair. I asked my hair stylist Alaina about it, and she didn’t see the issue. The front is darker than the back. The top is yellow and the rest was cool toned. I returned again, asked for white hair and if it needed to lean cool that’s fine, just not golden blonde anymore please. I left with purple hair on top and then dishwasher blonde on bottom. I raised this concern to the stylist ******, and she said the bottom is neutral. It’s frustrating because I clearly asked for white. It’s two different hair tones and when I acknowledged that, she said retones don’t always apply evenly. Why offer “fixing” service, that won’t fully fix it? Just say you’re not able to achieve the desired look and refund me, but no. Instead the attempt to “fix” so that contractually you can’t get your money back. Bad business. Also, the customer service is bad. They offer drinks and “add on” that never happen. The last two times I asked for water and it never comes, why offer? I had been to the location 8+ times, and referred coworkers and my family. When I raised to the receptionist that the outcome still wasn’t desired, she called her manager and they said I could try again. I just want a refund, but they don’t care about my business. I’m not going to waste another 2+ hours for bad hair. Integrity goes far, and it’s frustrating no one at the salon would acknowledge that it was poorly executed.
