      Purchased a carpet a little over 2 years ago from perfect choich flooring and I had multiple problems with the carpet on there last attemp to fix a seam that was separated the iron they used to heat the glue burn my carpet when the guy sat it to the side after it heated and I have photos and they never called me back or emailed me about the issus. The carpet also was coming up in multiple areas of the upstairs and they told me they would fix it but later told me my warrant expired and I would have to pay. On a new carpet it should not be coming up with only 2 years of having it. They blamed it on the wood flooring underneath making it swell up and said they will have to stretch it back again but need to charge me. This is a unprofessional company and needs to be shut down. They don't stand behind there work or reply to you when they have damaged (burned) your carpet and you have evidence. They refuse to tell me in multiple attempts how long my carpet is under warranty for. All they say is labor was 1 year.

      Date of transaction start: 3/18/24.Perfect Choice Flooring was the subcontractor Installations Made Easy/Floor and Decor used for my tile installation project. Perfect Choice then used their (additional) subcontractors (******************). I am not sure they were all documented workers as many did not speak any English.1. Dates, times were missed consistently. Project was to be completed on Saturday at latest. No one showed up on Saturday.2. ********************** did not respond to my texts/calls on Saturday when I was asking for updates on missing workers. 3. Furniture was not moved as promised. I had to get another group to move furniture for me. No coasters or blankets provided to protect furniture from damage and dust. I am requesting $350 back for the furniture moving portion of bid as this service was charged and not provided.4. Furniture legs on multiple couches damaged. I am requesting a discount for this damage also.5. Trash left in garage all week. I could not get my own trash out to the curb as my garage was covered. They finally picked up Saturday afternoon.6. Thin set left on side of house. I had to scoop up and put in plastic bags as I was afraid it would ****** on my decorative curbing, dirt and hose nozzle. It is still scratched and dirty.7. Kitchen entrances were not covered in plastic as promised to keep down dust and protect items. Valuable artwork was splattered with grout or thin set.********* from Perfect Choice came to apologize for all the mixups. ********* said they would send a house cleaning crew to clean and give a rebate for moving and repair expenses. He also said they would not charge us for the small patch they did by the sliders. All was supposed to be completed once the small grout issues and above referenced issues were resolved. My husband witnessed this discussion with *************************************** from Perfect Choice Flooring.As of today, 4/9/24, still no resolution and now they are trying to charge me additional money.

      Contractor began work on 5/16/22 to remove and replace existing flooring throughout my home. As the project proceeded, numerous quote revisions were sent to me. Many of these revisions were due to error or omission. Mid way through the project, the company decided to separate the project by floor and remove work previously listed as part of the whole project into an upstairs and main level project. While the majority of the work agreed upon has been completed as of 6/07, there remain items not completed and identified on the agreement. The contractor (Jay R. and Jonny L.) has become very aggressive and confrontational in discussions to get on the same page in terms of what I wanted to insure was completed. In fact, on 6/07 the owner threatened to levy a mechanic's lien even without seeing the project status in person. The owner and salesperson are both highly argumentative and unwilling to listen and meet me at my home to make sure everything is completed satisfactorily.
