Health Care Solutions Direct is an amazing company that is pro-active to assist with your Medicare coverage. Isaiah was such a helpful person and walked me thru his suggestions to make my coveraqe the best.
Then offered me more coverage for less money. We chatted and he was extremely personable and caring. I have worked with this company for many years and am always so pleased. Owner **** G. does an amazing job with his choice of staff and knowledge. I feel totally safe that my medical needs will be taken care of. Best company Ever!! I highly recommend them. **** *

We've been with Healthcare Solutions Direct since we became Medicare eligible 7 years ago at age 65. At that time, the owner called us himself and immediately differentiated himself from the other dozens of Medicare cold calls we were getting just before turning 65. We decided to sign with him and we've never regretted it because we know he cares about every customer and never lets us down when we have questions, need help, or we're just thinking about changing plans. He is extremely knowledgeable and wrote a great book (available on Amazon) called 'The Only Medicare Book YOU Need' by Greg G. which he uses as a training tool for his new agents.Healthcare Solutions Direct, LLC Response

I signed up for plan G over a year ago assuming all brokers were the same. I hope they aren't. This year they called claiming to able to save me money by switching carriers. I doubted it but they said they could. They ended up switching me from plan G to plan N without my permission. I have left numerous phone messages and emails as they do not seem answer incoming calls. The Medicare deadline is tomorrow and as yet no response. I suggest you put them on the no call list before they cause issues.Healthcare Solutions Direct, LLC Response

I called today to get assistance changing my part D plan coverage, for prescriptions. I left a callback number and received a call from Tambry S. I received excellent information and Tambry was professional as well as having a very pleasant personality. I am not the best at technology and she very nicely talked me through how to do things on my iPhone to apply for a new part D plan. I appreciate very much how courteous she was to me.
