      On 6/24/2024, I placed an order for three ounces of CBD Hemp. On 07/06/2024, I recieved my late order and it was not what was expected. The items recieved were completely dried out to the touch. When you touch the hemp it turns to dust. It can be a health hazard to use it, the company knew that and willingly shipped the hemp in the terrible condition. Since then, they have taken down their website and have no replied to my emails, calls, or social media messages. Id like a reshipment or a refund.

      I returned my product over a year ago. Been calling every few weeks to get my refund and keep getting told the check will be mailed out. Still nothing. Now the phone number isn't working . Just hangs up when you call

      I saw an ad to try their stop smoking Gummi for a discounted one time trial. I purchased it and was then charged and sent a monthly ****** plus subscription that I did not opt for. I got ahold of the customer service and was given an RMA and told to send it back and was credited back half of my money to my credit card right away and was told as soon as they received the product they would credit back the other half. I sent the product back registered mail so I knew that they received it within the allotted time that the contract states. I did read the return policy. This was in January of 2023. Fast forward to now July of 2023 and several calls every month and being told the same thing that there was an error with my credit card company and so they have to send a paper check and I will have it in five to seven businesses days. They think that the script they read from every phone call is going to appease me however I am not going to take the lies.

      On May 5, 2023, I purchased Citdel ACV Keto 5 bottles - $213.99, order # ********. I emailed the company twice asking for a RMA, so I could return the product. I received no reply. When I called, I was told that I was past the 30 day refund period, although I had emailed. I sent another email stating I wanted a refund and explaining why. I received an email on 6/12/23, stating that order # ******** would be a full refund of $211.99 (not sure why they were giving me $2 less). I have not been issued the refund for that order. I have emailed 2 more times stating I haven't received the refund and they keep sending the original refund confirmation email back to me. A second shipment was also sent on June 12, 2023, which I did not request, I called and got a RMA, returned the product, at my cost of $13.90 and received a refund.

      On oct 19 2022 I returned 5 bottles of vitamins I did not order from eagle hemp llc. I was told that I would get a refund in 6-8 weeks and never received my refund can u please help me.       I was skeptical to order product & had filled out order on a site but stopped before entering mycredit card. 2 weeks later I filled out on a Pioneer woman site completely. I received that product & then 2 weeks later received from the first site( which is packaged differently) they had added my credit card info to that site order!! Then a month later I get $171.19 worth of vitamins from them & say Im on an automatic order which I at NO time signed up for! I called cancelled & returned for a refund, they received an August 18, 2022 at 1:34 pm. I have called 5 times since asking where my money is & have gotten the same response, the checks coming!!

      I received an unauthorized shipment of a product from Eagle Hemp LLC. On 4/28/22, my **************** card was charged $214.49 for a product (which I did receive by mail). I promptly returned the product according to the instructions from Eagle Hemp LLC. They confirmed that they received my returned product in their warehouse on 5/24/22. After numerous phone calls, an emails, I still cannot find resolve. I continue to get the same run around. They refuse to credit my credit card for the purchase, and said that they would send a check. NOTHING HAS BEEN RECEIVED TO DATE. My reference number at Eagle Hemp LLC is 83C537F9BF.       I am rejecting this response because:  This is exactly the same response I have received with all my communication from Eagle Hemp.  They have not followed thru and they clearly have no intentions of following thru with a refund.  This is a matter that should take only a couple minutes in their billing department.  They are operating fraudulently with their claims of 100% guarantee/money back.  Furthermore, the refund is for a shipment I DID NOT AUTHORIZE.  They should not be able to continue with their business online as advertised!!!!

      In May 2022, I ordered botttles of diet gummies from this company. Because they were expensive and I didn't know if they would work, I placed a one-time order instead of a "subscription." On 6/2/22, my bank account was charged the corresponding $199.99. The product was delivered in early June. On both 7/1/22 and 8/1/22, I was charged again. When I received the June shipment, I was confused. The charge on July 1st was $199.99. When I received the July shipment, which contained products I never heard of nor requested, the charge on my card on August 1st was now $213.99. In mid-late August, I spent spent at least 45 minutes on the phone attemting to cancel a "subscription" that I never agreed to and to find out if I could return the product for a refund. At that time, I was notified by the representative that since it had already been past 30 days on the June shipment, I couldn't return it for a refund. When I asked about returning the July shipment, it was very difficult to get a straight answer. I was repeatedly told that I should keep the product and just pay less and then less, etc. I repeatedly stated I did not want to keep the product and demanded a refund. Finally, I was given a return number and the address to send July's shipment back. I was told that they would credit a refund for the $213.99 to my bank account within **** weeks. At the beginning of November, I called again because no refund had been issued. The rep noted that they had received the return, but had not issued the refund so it would be another **** weeks until I received the refund. I stated that that was unacceptable. The rep told me that they would issue the refund in the form of a paper check within 4-6 weeks (mid December). I called again on Jan. 11th because I still had not received anything. On Jan. 11th, I was told that another paper check would be issued to be received in **** bus. days. To date, I still have not received a refund on my credit card or by paper check.

Stopped taking and called Eagle Hemp to cancel any future orders.April 18, 2022 New merchandise from Eagle Hemp arrived.April 26, 2022 Returned merchandise to Eagle Hemp.Reason for return: Previously called Eagle Hemp on 3/11/2022 to cancel all future orders due to negative physical reaction to medication. I have not received any contact or refund from Eagle Hemp for the products that were returned. The billing department can confirm no refund was ever mailed.
