            With all due respect, this Appleton Reiss law firm did not do due diligence and did not do its homework. Acting as a legal counsel to the *************** ******************* **** (LLRMAI), Appleton Reiss simply duplicate, sometimes falsely, the so-called violation notices issued by LLRMAI. Most recently in mid-August 2023, I was accused of not painting 3 streaks (shades) of exterior wall at the right side of the house. The fact was that it was painted several times over and over again, the last time being in late September 2023.Machine generating these scam letters with the Appleton Reiss law form logo, the law firm even had the audacity to amplify this issue into painting the entire exterior wall. Is this a sad joke? Is this a game of extortion in the name of legality process? I hope not.I sincerely hope that cooler and wiser heads of the Appleton Reiss law firm will prevail, and not falsely and forcibly cause undue hardship to the many LLRMAI homeowners, including myself the complainant.
