If I could give them zero stars I absolutely would have. DO NOT place your money or trust with William Ryan Homes. Built my home in 2015, and shortly thereafter realized we had water intrusion on the back and right side of the home. Went through the warranty, had the drywall removed, second story stucco replaced only to be told they didn’t seal the windows or water proof the expansion joint/joyce. It became very apparent thereafter that the entire house leaks all the way around. Almost 7 years later and it’s still not fixed. Everytime we get a hard rain my living room turns into a pond. Best part is, I can’t even sell it to an investor, home owners insurance won’t touch it because it’s a builder defect, This company cuts corners with sloppy trades and doesn’t care about you or your home once closing has taken place. Instead of standing behind their work, they point fingers to the subcontractors THEY HIRE.

I close in October 2021 - I will not refer or build a home with William Ryan because the trade they hire complete sloppy work. A door was suppose to be replaced and painting completed on closing day it is March 2022 and this simple items have not been completed. There was a wall issue prior to closing that was repaired better than the original look but this wall has been worked 3x and the studs are still bowing out of the wall. There is overspray all over the front porch, stucco missing from base of the house frame, concrete dropping out of the property, Master Bedroom and Nook area dry wall had to re-done 2x. Missing paint around the house. Lanai had red spot from trader and it took several months and it had to be re-done twice because the worker spreader the paint on the lanai uneven. Cabinets were suppose to be replaced in January 2022- now are not getting replaced until June 2022. My agent sent an email in January 2022 to see if we could set up and meet about concerns. I want to see if there was a better way to resolve the outstanding actions, concerns and messing work completed in home no way responded yet. William Ryan tells you what you want to hear and no action is taken for me. Please do not build with them as they do not keep their words - they just want your money. After you close it is like pulling teeth for them to come back to correct their trades messing and incomplete work!!
