They just put your property under contract and try to sell it for more than they have it under contract for. Complete was of time with no real intention of purchase. I would avoid at all cost!Review from Kim J

Great experience! They were quick and efficient. Staff is great, friendly, communicative and professional. They answered all of my questions quickly and efficiently. We even closed in 46 days, which was quicker than my husband and I expected. We were very happy selling our property to LPG and they plan to build residential properties on it. We are excited to see something done with the land. Would recommend to a friend or anyone!

Total scam.Stay away.You are forced to hold property for 90 days without being able to sale to anyone else if price increases. Make them give you earnest money.Liquid Property Group LLC Response

Hi ******, we are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the contract you signed. It stated very clearly that we have 90 days to close or cancel. Not sure why you call that a scam but I just want to clarify nobody forced you to do anything. We want every customer to be happy but unfortunately not all properties end up working out for our needs. Please believe me when I tell you, we didn't want to cancel on the purchase of your property. It means a waste of time and resources for us as well. Once again, I'm sorry that your property purchase didn't work out and we hope you'll give us another chance in the future!Review from MRS G

SHANE who is their representative became VERBALLY ABUSIVE AND INSULTING via text when I expressed my lack of interest in selling my land. I have all of the text messages and will pursue further complaints. He made inappropriate remarks about my physical appearance and it was MORTIFYING. WHO ARE THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE??? Hello ***********, I am sorry to hear this happened to you but I would like to look into this further to make sure it was our company you were speaking to. I certainly have never seen or heard of any of our representatives treat anyone badly and that type of behavior would never be acceptable at our workplace. Can you please show me screenshots of the number that reached out to you and the messages you said you have? It is important that you send the entire dialogue please so I can verify everything please. I'll say it again, our representatives would never be rude to a customer and I am so sorry to hear that you were mistreated if in fact it was our company you were speaking to. I worry you may have the wrong company because you are saying we aren't reputable which is obviously NOT our company. Is this John T. the manager? Oh it was your company. You should know you have a Shane working for you who he himself told me he is 22 years old and makes 450K a year underpricing peoples properties and giving them pennies on the dollar doing so. When i told him what I would like for our piece of property he responded with nasty texts telling me how I dont know anything and he will educate me. His number is ************ I have all of the texts which I saved. He must have looked me up because he then insulted my physical appearance. i should sue your company for harassment since he would not stop texting me until I blocked him. You should really have a stricter hiring policy and an HR department teach some kind of decorum to your employees and especially male employees should NEVER SPEAK TO A WOMAN IN THIS MANNER. I honestly had my doubts but I have to admit there are still some reputable companies out there and Liquid Property Group is one of them. Didn't even have to leave my house for the closing. I received a letter from Liquid Properties offering to buy some land I had. I had been considering selling it, so I responded to the letter & got the ball rolling. Once they satisfied all of their protocols, they scheduled a closing date with ****** was paid the money that was offered in their original letter. I had gotten dozens of similar letters over the years wanting to buy my house or ************************** was always skeptical of them being scams so I threw them away. I'm glad I responded to Liquid Properties because they delivered everything they promised. I would recommend working with them if you get an offer from them.Liquid Property Group LLC Response

If you are looking for someone to help you sell your property, you should definitely consider Liquid Property Group LLC. They were very helpful answering all our questions and concerns in a timely fashion, very friendly, and made our experience a great one! The statement pertaining to the gracious way and timely fashion that that Liquid Property Group LLC handled my affairs in selling my property and keeping me informed about the process was just as I stated, 5 out of 5 stars. If I had to do it again in the near future, I would definitely use them, and would recommend them to my closest family and friends, as well as others.
