  Guided Insurance: a Terrible 3rd Party, Bad Experience On Tue. Feb 20th at 9:15 AM, an agent at Guided Insurance tired to rip me off by preparing a quote for separate structure insurance (Coverage B) when there are no separate structures on my property. When I asked why the agent, named Infinity, was quoting to insure something that did not exist, I was told separate structure insurance is a "requirement" even if there are no separate structures. Even if the agent is a robot and insists on nonsensical separate structure coverage for nothing, they can at least reduce the coverage amount, but the agent was rigid and insistent on selling me insurance I did not need. The self-serving agent was inflexible, ill-informed, and failed to answer relevant questions. Guided Insurance Solutions misleads customers into false "one size fits all" policies that create problems, not solutions. The agent's answers were non-answers, a thinly veiled attempt to sell gimmicks and unnecessary coverage at the expense of unsuspecting customers. Worst, the agent's conduct was rude, a poor listener, and unprofessional in conduct. Avoid Guided Insurance Solutions at all costs.

  ********************************* was great he kept in touch with me about needing certain pictures of what needed to be done then after I sent him the results of the job after it got done he sent the pictures to the underwriters and yeah everything I had done passed so thank you ***** awesome job

  They gave me a quote, then sent out policy at a much higher number. I called twice to cancel policy which I was assured they would do. Did not receive promised email to sign off on the cancellation. Two different agents.

  ***** I is right Guided Insurance is a terrible as 3rd party. They Offer a price than change the price in 2months but could'nt explain why? **** told me just paid extra cost! I had to filed complaint to the government to find out why for price increase. Supposedly my truck didn't have enough auto coverage so that **** up my HOME insurance??? Now, they think I'm going to renew my policy for twice the cost with less coverage??? Seems like they're trying to scam people with escrows.

  Secured my 2023 home insurance through this insurance broker. Called this month to see if I could get an estimate of what my **** home premium might be. Was advised I had no home insurance. That the plan was cancelled in April 2023 due to lack of payment. I did not receive any notification of cancellation from either **************** Solutions or MSI (the insurance carrier).So....bottom line, I was uninsured for multiple months without my knowledge.I now have insurance.However it cost me more due to being uninsured for >45 days.**************** Solutions has poor handling of clients and their accounts.

  According to our records, a payment notice was created on March 22, 2023, and subsequently followed by a cancellation notice on April 20, 2023, issued by MSI. These documents were sent to the client's home address through ***** Furthermore, the original policy documents also included a payment schedule.

  I have insurance with Progressive and they use a third party which is Guided Solutions. The people there have no idea what's going on with your account. Every time you call, each person has a different story.. I would get statements and the amount owed was different each time. Hate quarterly payments. I'm finding someone else.

  My experience has been great! ************************** knows her products. She was able to get me a lower premium and better coverage! She knew the ins and outs, asked just the right questions and provided great customer service. I loved the attention to detail and the quick response. I recommend her to all my friends, coworkers and family and they have reported the same great service that I have.

  Got a call from Guided Insurance Solutions (813)***7418 on 4/12/2023 for home owners insurance. I think I spoke to Adam who took my information and wanted my social security number. Not sure if that is normal. No other place asked for it. I was told he would call me back on 15 to 20 minutes. 2 hours later no call, I called the the 813 number back and spoke to a female that said she would call back in 20 minutes, that was several days ago. Unprofessional company that leaves people hanging. I do not want them ever calling me again! I advise to stay away from this company…
