Horrible service and horrible customer services. I tried to give the cleaning authority a several chances and still every time I had an issue they were never fixed. We have has issues where mirrors were not clean, vanity not wiped down, dresser not wipe down, items being moved and thrown back up on the dressers not even in the place they were originally at. I started to notice that my eyes were watering and I was stuffy when I would come home from work. I checked all the ac filters that I recently replaced and they were good. It then dawned on me to check the fans in our house and they were covered in dust every single one of them. Like 3 inches worth of dust. I decided to clean them asap to see if that would fix my issue which took me 3 hours to clean they were so dirty. I did notice a day or so that I was not having issues breathing, no more watery eyes and stuffiness. I sent pictures of the Fans and a picture of how much dust was on them after I cleaned the first one and all I got was I am sorry I will address the cleaners but it must not of been in the rotation. I would think cleaning fans every time you come with would be done especially since we are having it done biweekly. The fans hadn't been done in months. Second thing is I sent pictures of mildew in my shower the day before they came so when they showed up the next day it could get addressed. The manager told me that she would address it with the team. So the next morning they showed up to clean and when I got home from work the mildew in the shower was still there. I sent another message with pictures and asked why it was not addressed she told me it was not on the rotation. You would think if someone brings something to your attention that needs to be done that would be the first thing that they address when they get to your home but it wasn't. By the way, when I spoke with Laura she was very rude!!
