      Scam, fraud, kick back to the Winnebago States Attorney, Medicare fraud, billing Medicare for services that was never done, the psychiatrist stated pt. Unfit for trial, so they can milk the insurance.. they have gov. contract but they are corrupt and doing fraud, they share pt. Private information with others staff is always quitting, they had a Nurse who was stealing medication, they scheme to get mental pt. Committed to jail and mental hospital, while the real criminals at home or on vacation..What's really going on in Rockford Illinois? it's sad,.they all need to be Accountable..

      I have tried three or four times to get into my account, they say they will help me, but I got cut off three times and no call back. I call again and start the process all over again, no results. I like my doctor, but I can't seem to order over the counter items, because I can't get into my account. I missed out last month, and no luck for this month.

      Freedom is ok. The associated pharmacy Carelon, is horrible. There is no automated renewal and the first person you talk to forwards you to someone associated with the pharmacy and when they switch you are on hold for more than 20 minutes. I had a special request on 11/29/23 didn't receive it until FEBRUARY 1,2024. I'm glad it wasn't life threatening. Why can't they just automate the process and if the automated system fails then talk to someone.

      This is the first company that cannot take payment on time. They have screwed up unbelievably. They can never get my payment info correct. I have never tried to pay a bill and it takes 2 weeks or more to take my money off of my account. Seems very sketchy. If I could leave negative stars I would.

      My husband and i have been with Freedom Health for years. We have a great Primary Dr who is an excellent clinician. All our speciality visits have been excellent and the Manager at **** health always helps with any issue we may have had. So far I'm very pleased with the medical care both of us have received.

      The otc supplies are dollar store items seriously over priced some you can get at $1.25 they charge $8.00. Same thing for food card for a head of lettuce 1lb of carrots 2 potatoes and onion charging $50.00. priced items as $13 plus leaving $37 for shipping flat rate $17. Pretty sure illegal.

      My experience is unbelievable with this company. I moved in March of this year I called and changed my address at no time was I told that I had to do anything else in fact I asked if I had to do anything else, no everything's good they said. A week ago I called Freedom to update a doctor on my card. Again everything was fine she took all my information she had my new address everything seem to be up and running. Until she asked is there anything else? I said yes as a matter of fact I cannot get into the online system. Oh I'll check that for you. When she did guess what I'm no longer in there! Why I asked, oh you were involuntary canceled she said...What!? Unknown to me they had canceled my insurance because I had moved it to a different county. How nice..., I had not had any supplemental insurance for over 3 months. The rep I talked to was very nice she said I will set it up for reinstatement immediately. Thank you I said. At this point I don't know what else to do as I need the insurance. She said someone will reach out to you in the next day or so. 3 days later they finally did. And told me they couldn't do anything. I would have to talk to an agent. And I would have to resubmit an application. But it would be okay because of the circumstances. Guess what it wasn't okay the number they gave me to call, the customer service rep. couldn't do it, there was no way she could do it, she didn't know what to do, wait a minute hang on and then the phone went dead! I have never seen such ridiculous customer service in my life and I have done customer service all my life. As of today I've called Medicare and they have set me up with a new agent and I have new insurance with a different company. They seemed to have no problem doing it. Yes Freedom is cheap but obviously they don't pay their customer service anything either so their customer service is cheap cheap too. BEWARE!
