      I was hopeless and almost homeless when I found ez ************** in January 2022, I told her that I was scammed before so my trust was thin and because we both were pregnant she ensured me she completely understood my bind so I sent my last **** to her for help and never got it this hurts coming from a black woman to another and I was unemployed living off my credit cards and pregnant. Recently in October she told me she finally found me a spot and needed a deposit, I sent another **** for nothing and I said my god will handle this battle since no one ever responded back to me after that

      I payed Nesia ***** for a credit repair & her "We start you finish" program where she would apply & stage the unit I payed her on January of ************************************* excuse after excuse only time I would have her full attention was when it was time to collect a payment! I asked for a refund and she proceeded to say that she would shoot me, that I would be dead like my cousin who passed away this month, her mouth is so nasty and she is so unprofessional... if you read every review there's some sense to it,, do not give this girl your money.

      Hey. Ezrentalsexperience is fraud it's a young lady going by the name Nesia or Aysia n scamming ppl out of there earned hard money I paid Nesia 2000 for A Start to Finish Program that helps people get into an ******. She was coreoperative in the beginning but stop replying weeks afterwads. Those few weeks she was telling me that she applied for and apartment which I found out that it was a lie. I just want my 2000 dollars back. That I worked hard for. I've sent request trying to get it back but she declining the payment. I want her under the jail.

      On 2/25 I purchased a "we start you finish" package from this company in which the owner was supposed locate a corporate lease that allows you to do short term rental. After two months I still did not have a location. I paid $1500 for the package and no service was completed. Found out after booking that she is a known scammer with a record.

      This company is a joke and this woman is a scammer. Please take heed to all of the different reviews you see because they're factual. I paid $2,795 and have received NOTHING from this business to show for it. The owner actually scammed me out of $2,000 for documents and will scam anyone that comes into contact with her. You will be told to book and consult and they'll hound you to make your initial payment. Then once that's done, you'll receive excuses and lie after lie of why you haven't received anything. Also, the owner will try to make health excuses and take "leave" because she's sick, however will be posting activities in strip clubs, shopping and out and about flaunting the luxe lifestyle that she lives from the scamming she's done on her social media. Anyone that has found the golden egg and actually had a unit secured by this business is not operating it legally and when the complexes find out, it will be shut down, so good luck with that. PLEASE stay away from this business. This business needs and WILL be shut down.

      On February 25th, 2022 I paid EZRentals $1500 for a do it yourself package! I was referred by what was supposed to be a friend! I signed a contract that stated my services started on February 25th. My initial appointment to meet isn't until March 30th! In this time she had no problem asking me for my bank statements, but couldn't build a trustworthy, face to face relationship! I wanted to build a relationship with this company because I paid $1500! The welcoming email was a simple flyer! The initial call came from someone who says she was an assistant, and the call lasted two minutes! I immediately felt uncomfortable! As any consumer, I have questions, so that I am prepared for my appointment! The assistant was rude, and came off as defensive for no reason! As a paying consumer, I wanted to feel safe and secure! I never spoke to anyone else other than via text! I tried to be patient and wait until my appointment! But, the company posted something about the owner being on bed rest until after she had her baby..., immediately I became worried and had questions about how I should perceive our business relationship for future reference, since she will be on bed rest! The response texts were very passive, defensive, rude and it seemed as if I was talking to someone who just took my money and cared nothing about the business we were bonded in via contract! I came to bbb.org just to see if anything I was feeling was true, and there's already 2 complaints! I want my money!

      I contacted the company for assistance with their " We Start it You Finish It". The owner went over their process and what I could expect working with them. During our intial call, I was told that I could reach out to her to ask questions about the process. I was told as soon as I paid the $1500 fee, they could start immediately. Although we have chatted via text, there urgency to get things done seems to have vanished with my payment. While trying to get details about their progress, I have not been able to get any new information. Both the owner and her assistant seem to become aggitated each time I ask a valid question. While the owner was in the hospital, the assistant attempted to brush me off and suggested I get a refund instead of asking any more questions. I have since reached out to the owner and requested clarification about the refund suggested by the assistant. I have been inquiring about my personal documents they requested, but have not gotten a response. My texts messages are being read, with no response- even after the "48 hours they ask clients to give them on their website". They have been quick to take my money, but slow to resolve this issue, or even acknowledge my questions. I paid $1500 for a specific service and more than a month later, I haven't received any updates. Their website lays out such an amazing experience, but the reality is it seems as if taking people's hard earned money. They were aggressive in getting payment, but have disappeared, except for flashing fancy dinners and clothes and shoes on social media- rubbing their theft in clients' faces.

      1.12.22 came across an IG ad for Airbnb Rental Arbitrage. I schedule a phone consultation for $100. Owner Nesia, contacted. She began to tell about her other services. 6month 'We start, You Finish" program. This program would secure leases under my business name, through her company. She would take care of app fees and closing cost. This program was $995 at the time. So we transferred my $100 consultation fee to the 6 month program. I sent her an additional $895, total $959 for the program. I received a contract, some terms regarding how long she had to respond and that stated 24 hours. 1.12.22 she mentioned can help with business funding and credit repair. She explained there's 100% money back guarantee if not approved and takes up to 14-30 days. I proceeded to apply for 2 business fundings. Each funding application was $2500, she explained is paid directly to her. She would not get paid a percentage but a one time fee for her connection with banking lenders. A total of $5000 paid for business funding. 1.13.22 we set up my credit repair portfolio, to include a CPN and business documents for an additional $2500. The total amount sent to her was $8,495. 1.13.22, she said I was approved for an apt but after spending $8,495 with her, did not have more money to spend, landlord was told "never mind". 1.21.22, I reached out about apt deals, funding updates, anything I could be doing within the program. She explained not wanting to apply until the business funding was approved, so we aren't in same situation of getting approved and not having the closing funds. 2.1.22, I asked for funding update, no response. 2.2.22 I asked again, no response. 2.6.22 she responded saying her assistant was going to call me. I never got that call. 2.14.22 I asked for an update, the deadline for funding had passed. 2.15.22 she sent me refund receipt of $50, note saying "no longer working with client". I asked what is this, no response. I've been blocked on all social media. I have all texts.

      In December I was referred to Aysia by a mutual friend. Aysia collected $795 from me as her fee to start helping with the Airbnb arbitrage. I explained to her that I would be on vacation from December 36-Jan 9th so she would not be able to communicate with me. She requested $483 from me for an app fee and admin fee for a property she found. Aysia said she tried contacting me while I was on vacation saying I was approved for the property but she never actually contacted me because I told her I would be out of network. As soon as I got back to the states I asked Aysia to provide proof of a receipt showing the money paid to the property, never received a receipt. I took the initiative to contact the property manager myself instantly the manager told me the unit has been occupied since Nov of 2021 and he never received any payment or application with my name. Aysia remained very unprofessional and rude, using profanity and calling me out my name. She cancelled the contract and stated that her lawyer will contact me with a final resolution within 7-10 business days. It has been a month and I still have not heard from Aysia or a lawyer, she will not respond to any messages. I would like a full refund of $1278 that was taken falsely.
