              This is not a review on the course. This is a review of their customer service and business practices. I have not reviewed any of the course material, as I do not want to jeopardize my refund. I subscribed but have not activated the Freedom Program and ************ Track course. I requested to cancel the program within 24 hours. Their website says, the Fast Track program can be canceled within 3 days, for any reason, no questions asked. The standard Freedom program has a 30 day refund policy. I have been emailing and calling since March 1st. To date I have not received a single email or return call addressing my request or concern. I would steer clear of this organization, as to me, it is the most basic. business principal, to honor your terms. To date, the only communications received have been automated emails, as part of a drip campaign to solicit more services. The company is nonresponsive. This is my first ever negative review of any organization through the BBB. Beware.
