Paid for a digital Real Estate investment course/program. 100% money back guarantee for 30 days from purchase (Have screen Shot) Purchase date Sept 24th 2021 - Examined course - Not for me NO - Email address offered or found - Only phone number X-XXX-XXX-XXXX NO one ever answers the phone - voice promised call back in 24-48 hours First call was Sept 26th at 9:31 AM - No call back received - No voice mail received Second call was Sept 28th at 9:07 AM - No call back received - No voice mail received Third call was on Oct 2nd at 1:23PM - Waiting - not holding my breath...... Purchased Virtual Real Estate Investment Program for $97. Program promises access to VIP Facebook group in order to seek support and ask questions. I have attempted to join in the group, but have not had any success. I contacted the company on 9/15, 9/17, and 9/19, with no response. The company promises a 30 day refund if the customer is not satisfied with the product and services. I have requested a refund as I don't have confidence that the company will hold up to their promises.Business response

On 9/2/2021, I received an email from VRIEC Support, stating to expect my requested refund in 3-5 days, which was the normal timeframe in which refunds appear. The email went on to state, "but we have processed your refund on our end today." Because I had at no time opened or used any element of product(s) relating to the offer, while not pleased with what felt like a very different interaction with VREIC as compared to those prior, i accepted and anticipated my refund as stated in writing in the email. Zero funds were restored to my account of payment until 9/8, At that time, I received $99 vs the $198 due me as stated and requested in my written accounting of payments made-eventually acknowledged and approved by VREIC. I followed up on 9/13 via email, again, requesting the refund of balance of monies unpaid be paid, to no avail. Then, on 9/15, I again attempted to secure remaining portion of the $198 yet to be received. As of today (9/17), no further response from VREIC!
