            My family and I are planning a trip from **** to *******. One of the activities we planned was renting jet skis and a jet car. We found this business and paid the $583 fee requested on August 24th and scheduled for September 3rd at 5:00. On August 30rh, I received a message that due to the weather they needed to reschedule our appointment. We cant reschedule as again we live in **** and I expressed this to him. He states they have a no refund policy and they can only reschedule and he refuses to refund the money. Upon reading reviews it looks as if hes done this to others and likely will continue to do so if not stopped. He continues to promote business. This/he is possibly a scam. Scamming people out of their money and time. Below Ive submitted a copy of my paid receipt, the contact persons information and our text thread to include him canceling and telling me there are no refunds.

            There is a reason its not BBB credited. This place will steal your money! You book and pay for jet skis or an exotic jet car they send you a location and time to meet and they do not show up. No phone call no email no text message. They just dont show up. They will tell you that their JetSki broke down. They will not refund your money. The only way you will get your money back is to dispute the charge with the bank. Buyer.
