Review from Tampa Bay E
5 stars05/24/2024
We are exceptionally pleased with the services rendered by WGEP Aspects. Over the span of several years, we have consistently engaged their expertise for all our projects, demonstrating unwavering trust in their capabilities. Their commitment to excellence, demonstrated through fair pricing, prioritization of customer satisfaction, and consistently delivering high-quality work, has solidified our loyalty to their services. It is regrettable to encounter an inaccurate review that fails to reflect the exceptional standards upheld by WGEP. Prior to engaging their services, we encountered subpar workmanship from alternative contractors, making our discovery of ****** and ***** all the more fortuitous. Their responsiveness, even during late-night emergencies, underscores their dedication to customer support. In addition to routine projects, we entrusted WGEP with the creation of five distinct locations, each requiring meticulous attention to detail to fulfill our vision. Their proficiency in translating our concepts into reality has resulted in aesthetically pleasing spaces that align precisely with our expectations. We extend our sincerest appreciation to WGEP Aspects for consistently exceeding our expectations and eagerly anticipate collaborating with them on all forthcoming endeavors.Review from April M

WGEP are the WORST! They remodeled a house for me in 2020 but screwed it up so badly, I fired them. They begged for money so I paid them too much upfront and they mismanaged the money. It certainly did not go on the house. They ruined everything: floors, cabinets, painting, electrical, plumbing and everything else in between. Because I fired them, Cheri put a lien on my house, so I filed suit. She did not even pursue the lien because they had a loosing case. It took a while but I won the case. They had to pay me $15K in addition to releasing the lien. Because said they had no money to pay me, I allowed George to work it off. He stated he had improved his work quality. WRONG! They are still awful. Even painting my deck was horrible. George put caulk in my tub instead of grout. They again ruined my floors. They chipped them all over and tried to hide them with gray caulk. I let him do work at my rental properties but once the debt was paid I again let them go. George is a very nice guy but has a terrible work quality. Cheri is the one who manages the money and in my case mis-managed it all. Both lie every time their mouth is moving. Several of their workers complained that George and Cheri did not pay them. They hire very unskilled people and have a revolving door or workers....none long term. I can back up everything should anyone want details {**********@yahoo} Anyone can get a couple friends to give a good review even though its most likely not true. Do yourself a favor and run the other way. They are absolutely the worst!!

Dishonest, false review and defamation of character. If it is that important to the reader of this review, you can reach out to our company and we can provide the actual real truth to this person, her character, threats to harm me and the multiple businesses she opens and closes on account of her repetitive behavior. There are two sides to every story and then there is the truth, we have documented proof. (In todays society it must be statedI would not harm myself)Review from Samira A.

General contractor George G***** and his wife Cheri G***** took $3500 for drawings and permits to begin work on our project. My husband and I did not like or approve of the rough draft and decided to move on with a different company. No contract was made or agreed on. His company refused to give back any of our money! He also only gave his architect $2500 of that money and pocketed the rest! Just a shame that hard working people like ourselves get scammed by such companies!!! We were unable to reach them for any updates, George claimed he couldn't leave his million dollar job for my much less expensive job! I told him I DID want to compensate them for the 45 min appt we had and the rough draft he worked on which I gave him the floor layout and all the specs for equipment. But he decided to keep the entire $3500! Very unfortunate that his company now has to deal with this issue as I am going to file a complaint/ lawsuit against him. I have tried to resolve this issue for 10 days without any problems but unfortunately he has kept all my money and giving lies about the money!WGEP Aspects, LLC Response

Unfortunately, this is completely inaccurate. This couple took the drawings and gave them to another architect who just copied the draft drawing we completed. Our attorney has all the proof, documents, lien disclosures, text messages, etc. We had agreed to give them a portion back, but clearly explained that more hours, fuel, etc had gone into working with them than what was the original agreed upon price in the contracted invoice. They refused to accept the amount offered and threatened to turn us in to the BBB if we don't return 100% of the deposit. They will be opening a restaurant in Brandon called Pita Fresh Express, and asked us to go to Grape Leaf Express (where her husband currently cooks and is the manager) for the purpose of drawing the plans to be an exact duplicate of that restaurant. We had to repeatedly explain to the customer that there is a lot that goes into the drawings, not just copying the lay out of the restaurant and a draft; there are energy calculations, electrical, plumbing, etc. We have tried everything possible to work with these individuals, but unfortunately, can not please everyone.WGEP Aspects, LLC Response

In addition, to the previous reply. They have received back $1000.00 so she only paid $2500.00 for a combined 20 plus hours of work, meetings, driving, fuel costs, etc.Customer Response

The information I gave is completely accurate and I also have proof that is dated and time stamped through texts and emails. $1000 of the $3500 was returned 2 days ago AFTER I sent in the review. That $1000 was refunded by the architect he worked with and not WGEP Aspects LLC! He stated he gave the entire $3500 to the architect but he really kept $1000 for unexplained reasons. In addition the only time I received or heard anything about his hourly rate($400.00) and mileage rate $70 is 10 days after I informed him that I no longer want to work with them anymore. If any documents are needed I have them ready to submit in the order, date and time will reveal the truth and accuracy of information. Thank you.WGEP Aspects, LLC Response

This is my final response, no matter what she tries to concoct going forward. My attorney has been involved with this case from the very moment this woman began to make threats. The bottom line is: she paid $3500, which was not the total amount due for all the work. We did not do anything wrong. Our partner gave her $1000 and she continues to try to create more problems. She paid a total amount of $2500 for $5320 worth of work. There are many more customers, like her who scam those of us who are legitimate hard working people. Anyone can put a bad review, and a lot of times those who put a bad review are the biggest scammers. She said multiple times the reason they are opening Pita Fresh Express is because she is tired of her husband doing all the work and the owner of Grape Leaf Express getting rich and making all the money. I just hope they do not scam the people of Brandon in the food they serve trying to step on people as they walk on them to get to the top. It's supposed to be Hillel certified food.
