      I agreed to tattoo removal services which the tech explained worked out to be about 16 sessions for the amount I paid, they only accept the entire payment upfront $1,188.00. The first time I was scheduled to go into the location I signed up at, they told me their machine was down for a few months and my only choice was to go to the other remaining location. I did and found it to be too far and too inconvenient and was looking forward to returning to the original location I signed up at. Before my next appt they called to say they are closing that location and my only choice is to go to the other that is too far. They said the only way to request a refund is through email and they would answer in 7-10 business days. After nearly a month with no reply I emailed again and a week later they responded simply saying they won't provide a refund due to "service rendered". I literally went to 1 appointment with approximately 15 left and I would gladly be going f the location I signed up at remained available but they didn't say they were closing when I signed up and now are refusing to refund me the rest of my appts they cannot follow through with...about $1,113.75.

      I purchased a lifetime of laser hair removal at the beginning of April from Body Details. While adhering to their treatment plan, I have had two treatments. I was just notified that their office is closing and will no longer be accepting appointments.

      I signed up with Body Details in July, 2022. They quoted me $6,000 for hair removal with a lifetime guarantee. My first two treatments were painful, but overall ok, and I saw good results. I had two more treatments which were both incredibly painful, leaving me with bruises all over my legs. The tech also missed the exact same areas both times. So, I was left with patchy hair, bruises, and was in pain for days after the treatment. I contacted Body Details and told them that I didn't want to continue treatments, as they hurt so badly and the results weren't good.I was told that they would cancel my contract and give me a refund on the unused services. I have been paying $250/month through Ally since July. Since I was told that I would get a refund, I have been unable to get in touch with anyone at the company. **************** hangs up on me. The local office gives me the run around. And I am stuck with a loan that I don't want to default on.
