I had plan to get laser hair removal to help with my ************************* disease. On June 13th i applied for their financing, on June ********************************************************* treatment for medical reason ( she would not do the treatment with my HHD as the laser would cause inflammation) she said she would put in a medical claim saying she couldnt provide me service. Two day ago they sent me the laser hair removal cream and I noticed the were still trying to contact me to pay. I finally got in touch with someone at ideal image. **** said thats two bad you didnt cancel the cream. I stated you refused me service why would I still need the laser hair removal cream. Im very disappointed with the customer service. I would have loved to had the treatment done but you guys denied me and now are trying to charge me for something I called an canceled as well as one of you provider putting in a medical claim because I or her didnt specify oh by the way, the cream I need to use for the laser removal I dont need that anymore. I said please cancel this order as I could not get the service. Your provider *********************** denied me service; which I have nothing bad to say about ************ she was very nice and understanding as I was emotionally that I could not get it; HHD is extremely painful and I was hoping the *** treatment would help. The ** here is horrible and will try and charge you for things that you shouldnt be charged for. I had to pay the $200 as I was told by **** that I would be put into nonpayments and it would effect my credit score. I would like to give the place a zero review, but I cant. Horrible **. As for *********************** I would 1000% recommend her she is honest and very very helpful. 5 stars for her, I hope she can work under a better corporate company soon.

This company is a rip off. Unprofessional very sloppy work. I spent 2000 for fillers and Botox. And the worst job ever done. Their employees have no experience. No sympathy for their clients. I had a death in the family and twice they charged me 50 dollars for no show when they had scheduled me the day before so how could I cancel 14 hours in advance??? After the fillers and Botox they won’t return my calls or messages regarding the big lumps on my face that were supposed to be my smile lines. I am getting married in two weeks and my face is a huge mess.!!!!!!!!!’I have called and complained but they don’t even have the courtesy to answer my calls. Don’t go there. Don’t waste your money

This company is a scam. After I paid over 5000$ for legs and Brazilian laser treatment. I was promised I will get rid of the hair. And this package has a lifetime guaranty. . Well it does but you have to pay every year. So no such life time to me. The selling people are the worse. They tell you a bunch of lies just to get you tricked into this scam. I was promised results and as many sesiones as needed in the 12 month as long as I wait at least 4 -6 weeks in between sessions, well that was a lie because after 6 sessions I was forced to schedule my treatments every 9 weeks and then every 12 weeks even if I told them clearly that I still have a lot of hair growing on my legs after I shave and usually it lasts 4 weeks or so and then I have to shave again. Definitely the worst company I had to deal with. Another lie they told me was that I can use their services anywhere in the states where they have an office and before I agreed to their terms I checked to see the locations. Well it doesnt work like that. You can choose to go the the ones around your area but if you move or travel a lot in order to use other locations you need to transfer your services to that location completely and most of the other locations are franchise so you say by bye to the corporation. They just care about making money. The results dont worth 5000$ for sure. You can find better services for less than half than what I paid. I achieved the same results I had with my at home pulsating light machine. The franchise location I went for a couple of sessions because they forced me to do it every 12 weeks have the worst front des k people working for them. Are lying about their hours of operations and as soon they realized I wont buy more things from them. They started to treat me **** **** After they asked me if I want to buy more packages and I told them no because I was unhappy with the results I was scheduled whenever they wanted like give me only one option regardless of my schedule.

I was getting the cool sculpting procedures and in the middle of them The Ideal Image in *******, La. was shut down. All I received as for as notice was an email stating they were shutting down. They gave a contact email if you had questions. No phone number. My whole package I purchased was over $7,000. I would have to go to ***** to finish my procedures, which I am not doing. I spoke with various people at the Ideal Image number and they all said there was nothing they could do. This is unacceptable! I have received no emails back from the **************** L.P. email they gave me to contact them.

I advise to not go to ideal image or even call there. My experience with ideal image has been the worst and most dreadful. Ideal image has poor customer service and no professionalism in their work. I have not receive any services with them and yet I received a bill of $4000 without any say. I was not aware of their cancellation process. I have been calling ideal image to try to cancel and get of hold of why i received a bill. Everytime time I tried to get a hold of someone they tell me they will call me later or transfer me to another person who doesn't know whats going on and its over and over again. My issue has not been solved and when I call the front desk receptionist seems to be bother. I have spoken with *** multiple times and she doesn't seemed interested to help. I am waiting now to hear from ******, since *** stated she is at the ********** location and has nothing to do with the ************* location. I can not proceed with laser due to my skin condition and I was advised from my dermatologist not to have any laser treatment. I had explained my situation multiple times to *** and the rest of their staff over at ideal image that if a doctors note needs to be submitted to them, I will submit the doctors note. I don't need to be evaluated at Ideal image since I have my dermatologist.

I was not notified that I was enrolled in a lifetime membership that costed $299 which auto-renewed 5/19/24. I called to get the money refunded and the clinical manager Tara told me that there was nothing they could do and they could not refund my money. She proceeded to tell me that I could get discounts on fillers and cool sculpting with this membership. I just want my money back since I will not be getting any services there. What a scam!

Its been a while since I went to ideal image and they took a down payment from me the procedure was to be about $2k and so I put a deposit down because they really push this. Then the amount of things they said I needed was just crazy to my friends. They said theyd put me in a payment plan which is ok but I changed my mind Covid had started so I asked for my refund and they said well when you are ready we can apply it toward anything you like its been 3 years I havent got anything done and every time I ask for my money they dont want to refund me. I want my money back this is ridiculous. No one should take anyones money and force them to do services especially at the time of Covid when no one had no clue it would last years. Its not right to take someones money and hold them hostage to your services. I will report this to my credit card company at this point and if youre holding anyones money and they want it back you dont tell them no you can do anything with it I dont want anything. Next will be the Attorney general if I dont get my refund. Years of playing games with me to give me under $200 back

If I could leave a 0 stars I would. Due to health issues I was unable to follow through with the treatments. I was unaware of the time constraint of 'the contract' and contacted them after the contracted time was up- therefore they were unwilling to refund my nearly $3,000. This is stealing and unacceptable. I need the money now for other health issues. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE UNETHICAL.

$2300 for laser that didnt even work. Avoid this place like the plague. I got quoted $900 at a way nicer laser place with stronger lasers that actually work and my hair was gone in 6 sessions - this place promised that, I did 6 sessions and my hair grew back in less than a year. DONT DO IT.
