    After receiving a quote from the owner *****, I made a deposit of $2000 for front yard landscaping and side house paver walkway installation on July 8, 2021. The estimate start date was for 13 Aug 2021 on the quote. When 13 Aug 21 date came, I never received a call. I had to call and follow up. Once I got a response it was with his manager *******. The manager was continuously being non-committal would say a date, then never meet that date or communicate.. After over 60 days from deposit until 23 Sep 2021, I formally request a refund of my deposit by certified mail because no work had been performed for this quote. Then I sent a Final Notice via email before I received a response in November 2022, After interacting with *****, he was able to send half in January 2022. But I have requested for status every months since that date to find out of when the final payment will be sent, to no avail. He even promised to pay by the Spring, which never occured I was being patient since January 2022 providing the flexibility necessary to pay me back, even offering a payment plan of $250 over 4 months but ***** has gone radio silent and has not responded to emails. My patience has run out. You can review the attached documentation and correspondence.

    Please don't do business with this company. Predatory business practices. Eddie takes a down payment, then never provides a clear date and time of work to be performed even after the estimated start date. No calls to inform you of any delays. I made a deposit of $2000 for front yard landscaping and side house paver walkway installation on 8 July 2021, I received an estimated start date for 13 Aug 21. Date came an no work done and didn't receive an update on when the new start date would be. Waiting to get an update until 23 September. On that date I formally requested a refund of my deposit since it had been over 60 days (from down payment date to 23 Sep 2021) of no work starting. Didn't receive a response til Nov 2021 and then, only received half of the down payment in January 2022. I have be requesting for the remainder every month since the. Been patient since January 2022 to now. Patience has run out. If you do decide to do work with them... DON'T!!! Do yourself the favor and find a more reputable company that can do the work first and request payment later.
