      I have an on going bankruptcy chapter 7. I have paid ******* of the ******* fee .l continue to try to reach the paralegal.I have left messages repeatedly only no response. I have scheduled appointment phone conversation not kept. I wish l could quickly get this matter resolved but this office does not seem to be able to get it done.

      I have paid 1,100 I will have to get all transactions from bank. Every eight to nine weeks I am contacted to provide the same information which I did on July 19, 2021. I paid Pro Copy 27.50 these document contained all my personal information also, on July 22, 2021 I was instructed to take this debt counseling session with Cricket which I paid another $24.00. No one ever answer my questions of why am I asked to send information this business has already received? They answer me in a down tone saying if I do not do it everything will be thrown out. The last two months when I email questions They are referring to me as Mr. the information they have about me is I am a 75 year old female they have copies of my FL license and a picture of me. Now they say I need to send a affidavit of non-filing of tax returns pdf. previous document 07/22/21 showed my social security information and information from AARP that they train me and pay FL min wage for 14 hours a week. and now they are asking me to send bank statement from August to October proof of income from Dept of Defense monthly statement from May thru Oct. It is like some one is stealing my identity. So in November I went and told this to my bank they changed the account number. After I emailed and asked them to stop taking out money I was no longer interest and please refund my money. They left a voice mail that they were no longer able to withdraw from my account and I should clear that up. I been trying to save this voice mail. I do not know anything about the Department of Defense. This is wrong. I just want a refund and my bank can research for total amount they paid out of my account. I have copies along with the amount I paid Pro Copy sending them my information copies of most emails and copies and receipt from Cricket investigation of me. One of the last emails received stated he was the lawyer I hired and the credit counseling class will end soon this will cost me more money?

Contact Phone: ************ Contact Email: *************************** Ms. ******** hired our firm to handle a confidential legal matter that I can not reveal publicly. To achieve the required results, there are a number of documents and items required to be provided by the client. Our firm has been in constant communication with Ms. ******** to assist her. Despite this, Ms. ******** has not provided everything needed. if our firm were to proceed without the documents, her case would be dismissed. I have also reached out to her to discuss what is required and made at least two separate appointment with her to complete the process. She has not kept the appointments. Notwithstanding, I will schedule a final appointment with her to assist. However given all the time that has been provided to assist Ms.********, a refund at this time is not available. I sent an email explaining I could not be reached and needed a different time. I was ignored. I have been ignored for months. I spoke with the Attorney on Dec. 22. He said to me I would not be getting a refund and he will fight me on it. He stated I was to answer his questions only. I was not to ask him questions or make any other statements? He suggested I was hiding money and I was to send my bank statements for last four years. And I have a car. He had this information since July? 2002 Nissan is my car? why is he asking for bank statements which does not apply? He invited me to come by his office and discuss things? He said to me over the phone do not ask him any questions just answer his questions. $1200 and these people have had me faxing documents and they can not find a file that has my name on it. Millions airs file and at this time in my life I only have social security and when I can I volunteer for AARP through CSCEP for six hour three days with minimum wage he say he need every check stub the last four years? When I contacted his office I was filing for the present not for the past? This situation would comical if $1200 wasn't taken from me. This Attorney have not represented me in good faith and never will. She signed a retainer agreement and she agreed to provide this information. I sent the customer a list of what remains and offered to meet her at the office to receive the documents and answer any other questions. She continues to refuse to cooperate and there is nothing else I can do for her. I even offered her a discount just to get her case done if she can cooperate. It is not that I will not listen to her she just attempts to ridicule me and my staff and insists on twisting things around. That is why I asked her questions, to determine what I need, instead she just ranted and would not respond to legitamate questions about customers financial affairs. This information is necessary to accurately prepare court documents. Nothing else I can do for her. She has a list of what I need. If she wants to provide the documents I will complete her case. If she does not want to cooperate then I am sorry but my staff and I have provided substantial services for this customer and if she choses to cooperate that is her decision only. On December 22, I called and spoke with an individual who said he was the attorney I hired. When ever I tried to ask a question during the conversation he yelled "You do not ask me questions you just answer my questions and make no other comments." I need my refund so I can move on. He have not done anything for me so, why is he taking money which is not owed him?

      I chose this firm after reading online reviews and speaking to their office. The attorney I originally spoke with, made me feel confident in my decision to file bankruptcy given my situation. However, since that time, I have been bounced around to several different people and to make matters worse, can only reach someone through a portal and not by phone. I am now in a position where I am petrified I may lose my home, or car, because I am getting absolutely no real legal advice as to how to proceed nor am I even being sent the reaffirmations to review. Nothing is being thoroughly explained and I am just being told not to sign (which means my family could now lose their home). I was assured I would be walked through this process very carefully. Considering I have had to use Google as legal advice and research, I do not feel I should be paying $2800 to this firm. This firm has assured me now that I have made a grave mistake in trusting them with my financial situation, home and car for my children and future. I do not recommend them at all. There are many other firms who truly care about their clients and do walk you through with proper explanation and assistance.

However, I am not sure why she suggests that we are not communicating with her. We have been constantly communicating with her and we have records that reflect this. Without revealing confidential communication, clients own actions have caused her case to be more difficult. Notwithstanding, our firm has provided her services beyond the scope of our representation and has gone out of the way to assist her. He made me feel a lot more confident in the process and in what steps, if any, need to be made going forward. I appreciate him taking the time, especially having to reschedule a couple of times due to events on my end, to speak with me. Consumer Response /* (3000, 17, 2021/12/14) */ I apologize for contacting you again however, I wanted to make this clear. The situation apparently is not resolved. I spoke with Mr. G. who explained a process to me very clearly. However, his office is now telling me to do the exact opposite of what was mentioned. I understand that individual cases are very different however, my childrens home is on the line and I do not take that lightly when I am being told the exact opposite of instructions on what to do by the same firm with absolutely no explanation. The potential risk of losing my home and the unnecessary stress this has created, at the holidays no doubt, is very unprofessional and upsetting.
