*******************************..last summer I was considering filing bankruptcy and saw Robert gellers lawfirm ad .contacted them and set up a payment plan with them .I have a ongoing tax issues with irs and have been told that I can't file bankruptcy when I'm doing this.now I have decided to not file the bankruptcy. Need the money I been paying them for paying taxes,but they said it's not refundable.highly unhappy with dealing them.stay away from this firm .no good and unprofessionalReview from Rita M

*** ****** is a fraud, a liar, and has misrepresented to myself, and to the court, and has destroyed my case. He has Miss ****** deadlines, including the fact that they dismissed my case, and he didn’t even know it. I am filing a complaint with the Florida bar and suing him.Review from Regina T

This is the worst law firm. I truly wish I had never used them. I paid money and I am being ghosted. They set up an appointment never call. The stress they are causing on top of financial issues is causing me health issues. I have begged in email phone calls everything for help to NO evail. They are NOT what they advertise.

Yes, this firm helped me through bankruptcy. Yes, this firm promoted filing bankruptcy, given my financial situation at the time. However, I was also informed that I would be guided through the bankruptcy process and also, the aftermath that came with it. I was not. To this day, I have the utmost regret filing bankruptcy. They dont tell you that every single door to absolutely anything is closed - not just closed but slammed shut in your face - after filing bankruptcy. Once the firm is paid in full, they disappear. Not to be heard from again except for the random What to Do After Chapter 13 Bankruptcythat is received because of autopilot. I had full confidence in this firm going into this process and every day since all has started, I have highly regretted it. There are other options, other ways to make it work. I think they must be the worst Bankruptcy firm in Florida. They have a portal, which you can email lawyers and legal assistants. They never answer back. I had two hearings, they never let me know about. I paid them over 2300 dollars to file my case.Review from Timothy W

Thomas G. does the least, that is honestly the best way to describe my experience. He didn't do a thorough assessment from the start, did the least throughoutnot even wanting to meet via video-everything over the phone, waited forever for things to the point I had to prompt him, and then he proposed that I accept the counter offer that I had already negotiated before retaining him. Then goes on to say that taking this to court will take forever and gave me an example of a current case that he has been waiting on since before I retained him; and had asked him what timeline he would expect...he just lied to get my business, then failed to mention I don't get the difference back from my retainer...There is no other way to describe my experience w Mr. G. other than incompetent and does the very least.Law Offices of Robert M. We are sorry to hear that this client was dissatisfied with the services provided. Like many law firms during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have limited our in-office interactions; yet we did meet with the client via Zoom when requested. We worked with the client over many hours. However, as with all cases, it was this client's choice to accept the settlement presented to him which he was actively involved with negotiating. No attorney can accept a settlement without the client's consent, and we would have certainly gone to trial if the client requested, where he may have gotten a better or worse outcome. While we attempt our best to get all our clients the results they want, if someone voluntarily chooses to settle then we are bound to that decision.
