Entered into a contract on August with Level One Law to negotiate our debt. We were told that it would to take up to 7 months to actually start negotiating with the debt holders. It had been 11 months, not one thing done. We have paid them $4K in fees alone which we will not get back. We are told that they are being sued and cannot do anything on our account. This is a SCAM, avoid at all costs.Review from Kimberly H

False Misrepresentation. I hired a debt relief company July 2023 through Strategic Consultation, and they informed me Level One Law is the group representing me. Nothing has been updated on my case, no claims resolved and my original contact numbers are no longer valid. I can only email cs at levelonelaw dot com but with only an automatic reply. I was served papers from BofA and I cannot even get a hold of them to file proper paperwork with the court.Review from Lester A

Signed up with Level One Law in December 2023. They have not settled not one debt. Left messages with the lawyer to call me, but no return call. Called Client Services and stayed on hold with music playing for 40 nminutes. Cannot get to talk with anyone. It is hectic trying to hold off creditors. Would not refer anyone to this company.**************Review from David R

Wondering if there is any recourse for people affected by this company. Ive called global holdings directly. They will be sending me the remainder of the balance. Just like it was stated in another review. But level one still left me and many other people out to dry... if there is anything left of this company i think a class action is in order. They have failed to negotiate the majority of people's debt including mine. Took money for services not rendered. Destroyed credit and left people out to dryReview from Betty A

These people will take your money and do nothing for you, I was with them for 10 months and they made my situation worse than when I started with them, they are all about getting their money up front and leaving you holding the bag, you have warrants mailed to your home on accounts that you gave them to fix, STAY AWAY FROM THESE POPLE..........Filing bankruptcy may be your best resolve instead of dealing with a Fraudulent company as this! If you want to try to get any of your money back call the global holding company and they will refund your money that your money is withdrawn into for holding what is left and close the account. They called me back within 1 day and got back $2680 out of the 6880 that was suppose to be in there. Trying to get the rest back but something is better than nothing. I signed up for their debt reduction service. Now after nine months I have been informed they are being sued in federal court by New York and seven other attorneys general because they have taken everyone's money and not paid off the credit cards. They are a scam!Review from Mary W

I signed up for debt consolidation with this company and have paid out well over $50000 sincere the the end of 2023,The lawyer I dealt with name was **************************** the past few months I have received multiple cryptic emails in regards to this program.When attempting to contact Level One Law which is associated with Global GHLLC COM no human ever answers by phone or email.Shame on me for being so naive .I am not even sure any of the debt accounts I registered were even paid so did they just pocket my 50k.I put a stop payment on my account immediately.If anyone can assist me with joining any class action suit etcplease advise. I started sending the withholding company money 6 months ago. I can go online and see that they have my money on the global holdings site. I cannot get in touch with anyone at global holdings now, nor can I get ahold of anyone at level one law! I have tried calling the numbers they gave me no answer. I have emailed and got no response. Is this all a scam?!!! What is going ? Now I have 6 months of non payment to credit card companies that have not been contacted by Level One.Review from Leslie C.

They ripped me off too! Filed complaints everywhere possible. Do your homework no matter how desperate you are check out all people you do business with. No lawyer nothing is legitimate about this company!!
