BBB conducted an investigation based on a recent Scam Tracker report concerning sales practice issues.
“Owners of Phil and Sons Distribution LLC, Mr. Pinal Patel, used false liquor distribution information and representation to solicit money for investment for the promotion and business building of a whisky brand. He used photos, texts, videos, and local business individuals to sell false representations to obtain money from local business owners. We have come to find out that Mr. Patel does not have ownership in the whiskey brands, and his liquor license expired in 2023. He is using misrepresentation to fraud individuals out of money with the promise of an investment return. He refused to pay the money back after 60 days late and we have come to find out he has done this to now 4-5 other individuals.”
