The company paid me $1125 for a delivery job I completed for them. I deposited the money into my Chase personal bank account after receiving. ***** flagged the check as fraudulent, and subsequently closed the account. ***** stated they needed a verifiable phone number for the company, and when provided with HR personnel numbers, as well as the companies national 800 number, Chase stated the number is not verifiable. I've spoken with multiple people from both Yzer, and Chase, and there has yet to be a resolution of getting the money to me.

Yzer issued a settlement for $1,125 to *************************** on 4/21/23. We use Paychex, a third-party payroll processing company, who sent ***** a live check for this settlement. ********** flagged the check as being fraudulent, so they refused to release the funds to *****. ***** told ***** that they needed a verifiable phone number. I gave ***** the number to our corporate office, which is listed on our website, but ***** said they could not verify it, and refused to even call the phone number. ***** and I called ***** together on a three-way call to explain that this was a verifiable number, but they would not speak to me, and they still refused to call the phone number. I told ***** to have Chase call Paychex to verify the check, since the check was sent by Paychex on behalf of Yzer; however, ***** was unwilling to call Paychex, stating it was against their policy. Since ***** is not willing to work with us on this issue, we are sending ***** an additional $1125 via ACH to a different bank account that he has.  It is very unfortunate that ***** made this so difficult. ***** should have received his funds over two months ago. Because ********** deposited the funds (Not into Waynes account), ******************** has already paid the $1,125, so sending ***** an additional $1,125 will be at our expense. We are committed to doing the right thing and ensuring that our employees, independent contractors, and vendors are paid for work they have performed. We hope that ***** will be satisfied with the resolution on our end.
