I spent $449 to send a care package of about $150 in clothing to a needy person in the ****************. The cashier at *** Channelside messed up my customs paper and put that I am sending 7 packages instead of 1. This caused customs in ******** to require a very large tax from the recipient of around $350 US. I contacted corporate and they said the store is the only one who could fix this. I visited the store in person and the store manager said they didn't know how to fix this paper and have also refused to give my money back. They also lost the package as well because they didn't respond to ******** customs in time so I am out $150 for the clothing I paid for and I cannot file an insurance claim because the package was considered abandoned. I have been very patient and understanding but now they are ghosting me. I demand my money back and the $150 dollars for the clothing I lost due to their negligence.
