  ROIMACHINES(https://www.roimachines.com/, https://**************.com/,https://mawercapital.com/) is SCAM! They misled and made a false statements. 1. The salesperson from ROIMACHINES cheated on me, and misled me. On June 21st, 2021, I was promised to have "DONE FOR ME" marketing services, which were supposed to be their expert VIP service for creating and running your Ads /a Sales Funnel, and I was asked to pay them at USD3997 upfront right way. I did it. 2. They broke their agreement. The agreement is favorable to them and also they do not keep the promise based 3 days cancellation policy on the agreement. On June 22nd, 2021, I got an agreement with this company and found that the services they provided were 16 weeks of training, which was not what I need. In the agreement, I have the right to cancel it within 3 days. On June 25ht 2021, I requested to cancel it for a refund but got rejected. 3. They not only have no guarantee, also have no ethical business conduct. I have been asking the salesperson and their manager to cancel it and expressed disappointment. They could not deny their cheating and misleading. But they just kept promising me to have a good result after 16 weeks of training. They guaranteed success in the agreement. On October 14th, 2021, the training did not make my business successful, the promises broke. I requested a refund ,but did not get any reply. I need BBB for help, please have ROIMACHINES refund to me. Thanks

Part of the delay in responding was to review the audio recordings, emails, and all correspondence with Mr. **. The issue with Mr. ** is while he initially did request a refund within the cancellation period, he rescinded that request and the Company continued to work with him. The company ended up providing services. At this time, however, the company will contact its merchant provider and ask that Mr. ** to receive a full refund. This should close this matter. The refund may take up to 30 days to post on his credit card. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. I really appreciate it. I hope to receive the full refund in next 30 days. The refund will not only release my financing pressure since I have lost the income in 2 years, also withhold the business confidence in the US for the future. BTW, I was ever cheated by an England company,but never got refund. I really appreciate BBB's help. BBB is one of people's hope when people are struggling with dispute. BBB is making the world better, not only help the weaker customer, also help the business in the long run. It setup the model for the whole world. ROI Machines have not issued refund yet since December 2021 even they promised to make refund. They said that they would make full refund in 30 days in December 2021, they did nothing; and then they said they would make refund in 30 days in January 2022,they did nothing; and then they said they would make refund in a few days in the beginning of February 2022. Actually, they did not make refund. On February 7th 2022, They said they could not make refund to the credit card they charged from, my bank said it should not be problem to make refund. Now I have given this company the wiring transfer information of US bank account of mine, but have not received any refund yet. It seems that they are not keeping their promise to make refund. From what they have done, we can see how this company treat the customers all the way. This company set me up from the start, and keep cheating me for refund, it is not trust worthy company. I hope BBB record this and have more customers know it. In the last, if BBB can reach out this company and have them make refund as soon as possible, really appreciate it.
