      They're quick to charge your credit card, but they never respond to email inquiries about the status of their service. I was told 24 hours here I am 120 hours later, but to be fair through business days, no one is responded to any email inquiries and services were not rendered. This is an absolute waste of money.

      Hello,

      With regards to billing - our process is to collect 100% of the fees up front. This is because the fees being collected are primarily related to direct fees we incur in the processing of your purchase AND the system sync service which is required in order to set-up the purchased services (the 'Automation Fee'). In your case, the fee in question was $10.00.

      I see the issue you encountered was related to a Merchant Center Account claim. Based on communications, we contacted you on Saturday, February 4th to inform your of the claim issue, and again on Sunday, February 5th. We received no reply from you on either message until February 8th, in which your message included the following - I rarely wish ill on anybody, but I sincerely hope that your business fails because you are horrible.

      In our notes on claiming, we do note that the timeframe 'should' be 24 hours. However, the ultimate determination on when this claim is reassigned is within the hands of Google, and not Kliken. While we completely appreciate the frustration of the timeframe here, in certain cases we must rely on other 3rd parties such as Google to complete certain steps in order to complete account connections and get your campaigns serving. 

      Your note that no one responded does not match the ticket response log. Records show that you received a reply within 24 hours of each of your requests for updates. 

      Again, we appreciate the frustration in the timelines and appreciate that for small businesses - urgency is key. While we do everything we can to meet this expectation at times unfortunately we're reliant on Google to also operate with this urgency which may not always be the case.

      I created a website on Constant Contact which I used for a number of years. When I was done it offered for me to create a Google Ad. I thought that this was great so I said yes and proceeded to do so. When I was done I could not see the Google ad so I gave it a couple of days, I paid for the $300.00 ad program. On the 3rd day following I phone Constant Contact and spoke with a senior tech who managed their website division. He said that Constant Contact had contracted out the ad to a 3rd party...Kliken. I had never heard of this company and never gave my consent for a 3rd party to manage our advertising. I was really pissed! That's exactly what we did not want. We are managing our marketing in-house. They never contacted us to introduce themselves. They just silently slid their services under the rug. The tech said that he would get the ad connected that we paid for. The next day I see our ad when I Googled our business but only for one city that we service. I was HORRIFIED to see that KLIKEN had promoted our company using promotions that we do not give no would. I never authorized that!!! I contacted them by phone, left messages. NO ONE IS EVER AVAILABLE BY PHONE!!!! I did get a email and I told them that I wanted an immediate refund and if we had any issues from their bogus advertising then I would be having my lawyer contact them! They have been giving me the run around and only replied to my outrage with a response saying that they are reviewing my request. I have been a business owner for many years and this stinks of a company that's on the verge of closing. They can't return my money because they don't have any or they are not a honorable business! I have requested for my bank to charge this back. Constant Contact tech said that they regretted partnering with this company and were going to manage their website partnership differently. They are now playing the "Blow you off game"! Don't use this company!!!! Not Reputable!!!

      Hello Robin,

      We see that I (our C.O.O.) reached out to you on Saturday, February 4th and was able to primarily resolve your issues. However, we find it important to ensure an appropriate response is able to be given to your review given your claims. Below is a summary of 

      At the time of sign-up, the webpage banner, contact emails (displayed in multiple places on the checkout page), check out name, and terms of service which you would have been presented all would have noted that Kliken was the provider of the services that you were purchasing and that you were not purchasing advertising 'direct' with Google. Your receipt for payment also clearly stated that Kliken was the party billing for the services. 
      The purchase of a campaign does not mean immediate serving of that campaign. Google goes through an approval process - therefore ads can take up to 3-5 days (barring no issues arising from Google) to begin serving. 

      With regards to keywords that you state shown, at the time of sign-up our system presents examples of what headlines & descriptions could look like based on your Google My Business category. In Step 1, you selected 'My Services', and Step 2 you selected 'Fast'. In Step 3, you were presented with what some auto-populated ads could look like based on Steps 1 & 2, which included 'Fast Same Day Service'. It is clear on this page that these can be amended prior to selecting any further steps. In this case, confirmation was selected by yourself - which led to the creation of the ads in the form you note. There were three steps at which adjustments could have been made here, or alternatively, if you were uncertain you could have contacted [email protected] and a build team would have answered any questions you may have had related to this. We took no liberty to advertise anything that you, as the ultimate approver of the ads, did not approve.

      Regarding your refund request, our team was not giving you the run-around. Once a dispute is lodged, our payment processor places a hold on any funds relating to the transaction. When a hold such as this is placed, no refund can be processed. Therefore your request for a refund, while subsequently lodging a dispute on this transaction, unfortunately, was not possible. Our team was readying to process your refund on 2/1 - however based on your message on 1/31 this was not possible (see Points 1 & 2).  


      We never attempt to mislead our customers and at numerous times in the process we make sure to note the distinction between Constant Contacts page services, and our ads services.

      Relating to your phone calls - can you confirm if any voicemails were left? If a team member is not able to receive a live call, the VM system will queue a ticket for them. We don't see a record of any voicemails on your account.
