I first purchased a one-year membership with Arviv on May 24, 2021, for $2,425.50 (VIP $189/month). I then renewed a membership with Arviv on May 24, 2022, for $3,468 (VIP $289/month). Since I renewed my membership, I have had an ongoing dispute regarding how many "credits" I am entitled to given the terms I agreed to when I signed up. My dispute is that they continue to change the benefits of the membership, but since I paid in full at the beginning and signed a contract, both parties are bound to that contract. Thus, I am entitled to the benefits in place when I signed up. In the attached email you will see my accounting of the credits used, which does not match up with theirs. I would also like to bring your attention to the unclear accounting I was sent by their office manager when I requested it. I made them aware of my dispute in March 2023. Please refer to the email attached from their office manager in *****, *****, from March 23, 2023.I dispute this accounting in an email I sent to ***** on March 26, 2023 (also included in the attached email chain). This inquiry was never responded to by anyone at Arviv. I followed up twice on April 27, 2023, and finally was able to reach another manager by phone, ******, on May 25, 2023. On July 13, 2023, I received an email from ****** at Arviv (also in the attached email chain) stating [I] have 8 available credits as of 5/25/23 from ******.I was satisfied and thought this issue had been resolved. However, it was only when I returned to the office on May 7, 2024 that I was told I only had 1 credit left. This does not fit with what I was told by ******, nor my own accounting. I believe I should have three credits. Please see my accounting, included as an attachment. Thus, I would like Arviv to return two credits to me. I believe, based upon my correspondence with ****** and my own accounting that I still have three credits remaining in my $289/month membership purchased on May 24, 2022.
